Las Torres Del Coco was built in 2010 and is the newest condo complex in Las Palmas neighborhood. This brand new unit has been finished with Pillow top queen or king mattress and upgraded bedding, Loads of storage, Custom furniture made from local hardwoods, Deluxe kitchen with granite counter tops and 42' wall cabinets and stainless steel appliances, Air conditioning, New 32' LCD flat screen TV, Wireless internet. This is by far the nicest and most comfortable unit in Torres Del Coco and Las Palmas residential.
The complex has a lovely swimming pool, Security Guard,Laundry facilities, Lots of parking and nice rancho to spend the day. The condo is located 300 meters from the beach and 10 minute walk to all the nightclubs,water sports,sport-fishing, restaurants, etc. The complex is across the street from restaurants and a convenience store. You will not need a car here!
