Stoneview Summit combines the convenience of lakefront accommodations, with the resort-style amenities of the Stillwaters community. The Stoneview property includes many upscale amenities including a pool with rock waterfall, a large pavilion with two fire pits, well-maintained grounds, and convenient floating boat docks. Stoneview Summit is located inside the secure and gated Stillwaters development. It provides easy access to the Stillwaters golf course, marina, and many nearby restaurants.
The condo is located directly on Lake Martin with an assigned boat slip. This end unit facing the lake has exceptional views of Lake Martin!! It is a professionally decorated unit (in 2010), with all new furninshings. The unit includes free / secure WiFi (in unit) and free unlimited local and long distance telephone.
The kitchen is bright and fully equipped. It has granite counter tops, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, large side by side refrigerator with ice maker and filtered water. All pot, pans, and full place settings for eight. The counter has 4 stools for a quick breakfast or lunch.
The living room/ dining room is nicely decorated with leather sofa, padded bench and a large comfortable chair perfect for reading the latest novel while others are fishing/skiing. The living area also has a gas log fireplace. There is a flat screen TV and DVD player in the living room.The dining room table will comfortably seat four.
The 4th floor end unit balcony offers terrific views of the lake. There is a dining table and chairs located on the balcony that will comfortably seat six. The balcony also features a gas fireplace with comfortable seating.
There is a separate laundry room off the kitchen with a full size Maytag washer and dryer, iron, and ironing board
The master bedroom has a king bed, large dresser, two end tables, flat screen TV, and a VERY LARGE walk-in closet.
The master bathroom has a tiled shower, double sink, granite vanity, garden tub, and separate toilet room.
The second bedroom has a queen bed, an end table, reading desk with lamp, and closet.
The third bedroom has two twin beds, small dresser, flat screen TV, and closet.

About: We love spending our spare time on Lake Martin! I am an engineer and my wife worked in the financial industry for 20+ years. We have traveled the world but look forward to retiring at Lake Martin someday. Lake Martin in the summer is nice for all the obvious reasons, but we also enjoy coming in the Spring and Fall when it is quieter. We have a canoe that we enjoy bringing to the lake and paddling around when the boat traffic is light. We are sure you will enjoy staying in our condo and enjoying what the area has to offer. Why Dadeville:
We looked at several lakes in Georgia and Alabama as locations for a second home. We picked Lake Martin because of the clean clear water, the laid-back lifestyle, and the friendly people. We purchased at Stoneview Summit in late 2010 because it is a well-constructed new condo directly on Lake Martin. Our unit is on the 4th floor on the end facing the "big water." The boat slips are in a protected cove which minimizes potential wave damage to boats. Boats docked on the open lake take quite a pounding during peak season.
