This non-smoking house was designed with comfort and relaxation in mind! The Cottages at Live Oak Place is a small development with only 5 beach bungalows all with-in walking distance to the beach and village! Our cottage has four bedrooms, three of which have king size beds. Heated Pool and Hot Tub in the privacy fenced backyard. Three porches. This house has everything you need to have a memorable family vacation or a great getaway with your friends.
From the moment you arrive you will notice the white rockers on the front porch welcoming you. As you enter the house you will can sit and enjoy the couch and two oversized chairs with ottomans. The perfect spot to watch the plasma TV or catch a nap. To help keep you in touch with work or friends, there is a computer with cable Internet and wireless router.
The dinning room has an antique mahogany table that seats 8. There is a breakfast bar that looks into the loaded kitchen with all the comforts of home. The master suite has a large four poster king size bed and views of ancient live oak trees. The master bath offer double sinks and a tub-shower combination. The master closet is as large as a small room. In the armoire you will find a TV and DVD player. There is a screened porch that comes off the master bedroom and the living room that has a table and chairs, which is the direct access to the pool.
Upstairs there is a second master suite with king- size bed, views of the live oak trees, private bath and private porch that over looks the pool. The third bedroom offers another king-size bed. The fourth Bedroom has two twin beds and a TV with VCR. The third full bath has double sinks, tub and shower. There is a laundry room right off the bathroom.
Outside you will enjoy the fenced in yard. There is a Ducane gas grill that is hooked up directly to the gas line (no propane tanks that run out or charcoal mess). There are chaise lounges by the pool and hot tub. You will be able to sit outside and catch some rays or enjoy the sound of the water falling from the hot tub into the pool.
After many vacations of having to sleep in a full bed, prepare meals in a bare basics kitchen or having to sit inside while the children take a nap, we decided to build a house that would accommodate a large family or friend gathering. Every bedroom has its own TV, Three king size beds, Large comfy couch and two oversized chairs with ottomans, Computer with cable internet, Every kitchen appliance and gadget I could think of, all within walking distance of the beach and village. Our cottage has all the makings for the perfect vacation!

All Summer Rentals are Saturday through Saturday.
