  We stayed in the Deluxe Penthouse for a girls weekend in April and it was fantastic! The loft is amazing. So much room and the windows let in so much light. It was perfect. It was within walking distance to the bar area and there were a few really cool bars right outside the door. Even the guys working construction during the day in the alley were so nice and gave lots of great information. I'm trying to figure out when I can go back!! Miss it already!

  We visited Nashville for my husbands 42nd birthday..our first time to the city, we wanted to stay close to everything....And we did!! The loft is perfectly located. The owners are fantastic and the property manager is always around! We felt at home from the second we walked in the door! There were 3 couples and plenty of room for all of us! We definitely hope to stay at the loft the next visit to Nashville!

  I could not have asked for a better place to stay for a girl's weekend in Nashville. The condo was even better than expected! Everything was clean and all prepared for our arrival. The property manager Darold could not have been more accommodating and even worked with us on checking out later when flights got delayed. He made sure we knew where everything was, gave multiple great recommendations, and was a pleasure to work with. This location is perfect for anyone wanting to be downtown. The walk to Broadway was easy and clean and even a group of girls alone felt safe and comfortable. I just cannot rave enough about how wonderful this stay was and will definitely be staying here for any future trips!!

  This place is wonderful! This was my second trip to Nashville for business and was by far a much nicer stay than the hotel experience I had last time. The space and privacy the loft offered is unbelievable. Literally parked the car upon arriving and never had to worry about driving for dinner or entertainment. The location to the restaurants, bars, and night life is just a few minutes walking distance away. The room was very clean with comfortable beds and a very nice view of Nashville. The property manager made sure we had everything we needed and was very polite. Definitely would make this my number one choice to stay for my next visit.

  This is the best lodging in Nashville - bar none! I have stayed in several of the lofts in this building and they are all great, but this one is truly spectacular! Large enough for three couples, it has plenty of room for everyone. It's location to music and dining is very convenient and is only a three minute walk to Broadway! Very clean inside with beautiful views. I can't wait to stay again! Greg - Indianapolis

  We stayed in the Deluxe loft for a wedding and it couldn't have been better! The loft is HUGE and clean. It's a very short walk to the heart of downtown. The beds are very comfortable as is all the furniture. My 6 year old granddaughter just loved the mirrored light in the downstairs 1/2 bath. The only "negative" is that the lights are a bit dim for me, but then again I'm a senior citizen who wears glasses. I would HIGHLY recommend staying in the lofts at Printers Alley. I'll be back!

  this place is great! i've been staying in hotels in nashville for many years, and recently decided to try one of these lofts. i'm very glad that i did! the location is very convenient for me, as i am steps from downtown. the space and privacy that i had made me feel like i was at home, as opposed to on a business trip. being able to cook a real meal for myself and a few guests was a real treat, too. my guests were impressed by the comfy furnishings and high style of the place. i was fortunate to meet the owners, and they were great people, too. i will definitely be staying there again.

  Everything we expected and more. A cool, hip place to stay in the center of it all. Upon our arrival, we were met by the property manager, who was so welcoming and took the time to give us a tour of our place and to make sure we had everything we needed. So many fun and whimsical touches; the bathroom downstairs was a little bit Nashville, a little bit Hollywood. And, the bed and the bedding in the master bedroom were top notch. If there weren't so many great things to do in Nashville, we may never had gotten up. I am already planning my next trip to Nashville and I will definitely be staying here again.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car.

  This is THE Nashville Fun experience! The location couldn't be better ( we never needed the car to go anywhere) you have all the restaurants, shopping and music bars you could want at your fingertips...then you walk home and fall asleep in peace and quiet. That is, unless you stay up all night ogling all the incredible decor pieces. Very clean, with an eclectic," historical chic" decor, this apartment has a "curated" feel to it yet it's also quite "home-y". Starbucks is very near but I recommend a close by eatery called "417"..best french toast ever. which the helpful owners told us about. All in all, I definitely recommend this place!

  Recommended for: Girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car.

  We stayed in the Penthouse for my friend's 50th birthday celebration, most which took place in Printer's Alley, mostly at Bourbon Street Blues, our new favorite bar. What an awesome space! Not only is the penthouse spacious, but it has so many unique touches. It's truly one-of-a-kind, funky, comfortable and cool. I highly recommend a weekend in Nashville with the Penthouse as your home base. The property manager is very helpful and you are literally steps from Nashville hot spots such as the Ryman Auditorium and Broadway. Don't miss Fleet Street, the English Pub on the corner. Great, great food! We loved staying here!!

We have 5 lofts available in the same building **Please note-Rates posted on VRBO/HomeAway and our website are for 4 people as stated.

Additional people up to the maximum are subject to a $25.00 USD per night per additional person rate.

Payment Terms: Major credit cards accepted via PayPal. 50% of the Grand Total is due and payable at the time of the reservation. The balance will be due and payable 30 days prior to check in (unless otherwise stated). Should your dates be less than 30 days away then we would require the full payment in order to reserve. Reservation is not confirmed until all balances are paid in full.

Additional Fees and Taxes:

Taxes: Taxes are not included in the rates. The taxes are 15.25% TN State and Davidson County sales tax plus $2.50 per night TN Occ. tax.

Security Deposit: $100.00 USD Security/Damage deposit that is refunded within a few days of your rental departure.

Cleaning: One time departure cleaning included for stays of 2 nights or more.
