  Everything about this place was "over the top", particularly the cleanliness of all rooms. The bedrooms were furnished with very exclusive bedding and linens as well as the bath linens. I've never had a rental furnish "beach towels", but this one did. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything anyone would need and everthing seemed to be new. The patio had very comfortable "high, director type chairs" so you could see over the top of the railing. The bench outside the condo door was great for removing and stashing our running shoes. The inside decor was the topic of conversation the entire time; we loved it all. My husband tried to replace the batteries in the bass, but found it was corroded rather than needing batteries. The boardwalk to the beach was very handy as well as, this place is certainly within walking distance of town. I can't think of a thing that could make it any better; except maybe some animation in the fireplace! We loved it. Great for two couples.

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

  My family and I stayed in this condo for our vacation this year. This condo was very clean and comfortable, it was very close to the beach and local attractions. We enjoyed our stay here we didn't do alot of site seeing since this was not our first time to Port Aransas so we mainly went to the beach and back to the condo. We liked the BBQ grills by the pool. We felt very comfortable here. Thank You Jamie for a great place to stay. Very affordable

  My family and I stayed at this charming condo for SandFest and fell in love with it! Close to the beach, close to town and restaurants. Beautifully decorated!!! My girls loved the decor…completely fascinated by the working stoplight, neon lights in the bathrooms and kitchen and the faux aquarium in the den. The decor and artwork is beautiful! Well stocked with all you will need for a great vacation! Extremely comfortable for a family of 4! We felt at home the whole time and relaxed the weekend away with no agenda! We will be going back!!!

  I just spent a week in this condo, and it was wonderful! The owners were very helpful and friendly; they obviously take pride in providing a nice place to stay. The location is great! Just a short (2-3 minute) walk to the beach, and you can sit on the deck and watch the waves crash. We drove around town for most things, but also easily walked into town a couple of times. The swimming pools are small but very nice, with partially shaded areas for pale folks like me. There are community BBQ pits which we used twice. On the owner's advice, we ate at a local bar called Kody's - the bartender told us that the tuna tacos were "killer," and she was right! The condo was spacious enough for my family to spread out, and the large, open living area was the perfect place to hang out at the end of a long day at the beach. Everything was very well-maintained and the condo is probably kept even cleaner than I keep my own house. The bedrooms were cute and comfortable with plenty of closet and dresser space, and the TVs are tucked into the closets, so you don't feel like you're in a hotel. My brother slept on the pull-out sofa and said it was plenty comfortable. The bathrooms were spotless with plenty of fluffy towels. There are hooks everywhere for hanging beach towels and swimsuits - a very thoughtful touch! The kitchen is small, but well-stocked with dishes and cookware (even a hand mixer and baking dishes so I could make dessert!!). I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone. The price is perfect, the location is great, and it was just a really comfortable place to call home while on vacation. I won't even look for another place to stay the next time I'm there.
