Ed and Audrey are the proprietors of Audrey's Inn. With over 40 years in Property Management behind them and a few episodes of Faulty Towers they thought they might have something to offer to their travelling guests. They were right as fifty percent of their guests are returning ones. Other than having a knack for this venture, they really enjoy their travelling guests. They offer rooms with guests who travel with pets also as they were more than once disappointed by the rooms they had to occupy when travelling with their pets. Their pet guests can expect a fresh filtered water bowl on a placemat upon their arrival.
Why the Owner Chose Bisbee
After the recent Ghost Busters Investigation in Audrey's Inn by POST, we think the building and town choose us. As you exit the tunnel on Route 80, called by some the "Time Tunnel" you see the town on your left and people have an instant like or dislike for Bisbee. We think it's the spirits calling to you. After that experience everything fell into place and we knew we were home. It took a few years to actually break ties with San Diego and move to Bisbee but when we did, things only got better and better for us.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium-type Suites
Other than the great weather and clear skies, there are no traffic lights in Historic Old Bisbee.
Three people in front of us at the local supermarket is a long time to wait, the same with the bank. Time seems to stop still for many of us that walk the town with it's hills and stairs saying hello to most people we pass. It is also a very dog friendly town. People who like dogs generally like people!
If we should get bored with the same old faces,the population is the same as the altitude, a mile high which double every month bringing in some very 'name brand' tourists who hide out here.
There have been many movies shot here because it looks like a city in Europe or maybe New York or San Francisco.
The wonderful events that are scheduled here from the Blues Festival, incredible Mardi Gras like New Years Eve Celebration, Santa coming to town at Christmas, with the chidren's choir singing is like a scene from Whoville, Border Animal Rescue, BAR, Annual Dog Fashion Show, the Copper Car Classic, The Rotary Wine Tasting, Vuelta de Bisbee Bike Race, The Red Dress Runners, The Gay Pride Weekend, to name just a few, are some of the great events happening in Bisbee.
