This Mediterranean-style townhome is located in the Turtle Ridge area of Irvine, on the Irvine-Newport Coast border. Irvine is consistently rated the safest community in the United States - which is good, because you will want to be out and about enjoying the fantastic Southern California weather.
This rental is a dream and features hard wood flooring and granite counter tops.
The master bedroom has the entire top floor to itself. It has a walk-in closet, king sized bed, double sink bathroom and a soaking tub.
Downstairs is the second bedroom, which has a queen-sized bed. The den/library that has a futon that can sleep another two people. An inflatable bed can also be provided on request for larger parties.
Want to stay at home? Enjoy a home cooked meal in our gourmet kitchen or use the small gas grill on the patio or the larger ones at the pool. Turn on the gas fireplace, crack open a bottle of wine and call it an evening.
Want to get the blood flowing? Take advantage of the community pool, walk to nearby hiking trails or head across the street to Los Lomas Community Park which has basketball and tennis courts, soccer fields, baseball diamonds and children's play areas.
Feel like shopping? You're less than 10 minutes from South Coast Plaza and Fashion Island and just a bit farther to the Irvine Spectrum. As someone once said, "Three Nordstroms within 15 minutes!?! I used to have to drive four hours for one! This is paradise!"
Eating out? Just name it, it's close. Zagat rated restaurants abound! (And more than a few hidden gems - just ask for suggestions!)

We are a family with 2 young kids. Stayed here for 8 nights in mid October to attend a relative's wedding in nearby Pelican Hill. The unit was very spacious with 2 full bedrooms and a study/sleeping nook. My relatives live in nearby units in the same Turtle Ridge development, and their units were actually smaller than my rental. Owner very responsive during email correspondence and while we were there (asked for lightbulb replacements and garbage disposal to be fixed). Well stocked with linens as well as your tissue/paper towel/soaps etc. High speed Internet and printer included. Price was a steal for what you get. I would not call the place immaculately clean, but it is very clean. The living area is a bit dark at night as the unit is very high ceiling-ed (height of 2 floors) and you get lighting mostly from standing lamps. Would not hesitate to stay here again.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers.

I was pleasantly surprised at how great this place was this was my first time using home away or anything of this sort what a blessing. it is a beautiful home and we were so pleased evan better then the pictures. my friends used the master bedroom and loved the bed and bath. I wish we could have just hung out for a couple of days but we were off and running. my favorite spot was the pool and hot tub it was so clean and quit. we may be back next year.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

I stayed here last September with a few friends. The townhouse is big, and it was perfect for us. House is fully equiped, everything was well organized by Jaron and its neighbors and we had an incredible time. Location is really convenient, and you can be anywhere pretty fast.
