On the second floor you will find a spacious queen master suite with a walk in closet to keep your personal items picked up and out of sight.
Each of the upstairs room are equipped with ceiling fans.

The yellow room is located on the main floor off the living room. This room has a queen size bed and is the only bedroom without a walk in closet. Instead it has a large dresser for your personal items.
In the living room there is a big closet if you have anything that needs to be hung.
The lavender room has two twin beds with a walk in closet with sunlight coming in from the north.
Shared common bath in a large cast iron tub. If you are into bubble baths you will want to try it out.
This home is children friendly and can accommodate up to eight guests. Now-a-days two families vacation together to share the expenses.

About the owner: My husband grew up in Frankfort and was born in this house. It has been in our family for years. This is a quaint little town that where neighbors know each other by name. This is one of the best rental homes in the Benzie area and is perfect for vacations and summer getaways. Serene, tranquil, peaceful, relaxing and cozy is how our guests describe the feeling they experience from the minute they walk through the door of our summer home. Get to know our neighbors and all the friendly natives of Frankfort. This is a vacation you are sure to remember and hopefully it brings you back year after year.

Betsie Bay House is located in the heart of Frankfort and only a couple blocks from Lake Betsie and Lake Michigan and you can enjoy your vacation at fraction of the cost. Frankfort is only 1.6 miles long with a population of 1,280 and EVERYTHING you could want or need is within walking distance.

The Unique Benefits at this House:
FRANKFORT / ELBERTA BEACH-TO-BEACH TRAIL has a 4.2 mile trail connecting the beaches of Elberta and Frankfort. The trail also connects to the Betsie Valley Trail which goes from Frankfort-Elberta through Beulah to Thompsonville (22 miles).
Frankfort is close to a number of top notch golf courses. Arcadia Bluffs is the #1 public course in the state.
We have three local beaches within walking distance: Crystal Lake, Lake Michigan and Lake Betsie. All have pristine water and beaches.
If you are into canoeing we have a couple nearby rivers. One thing you won't want to miss is the Sleeping Bear Dunes.
