  This condo is beautiful. Softly and serenely decorated with very nice beachy pictures and decorations. The balcony sits right over the pool. SO kid friendly. My kids had so much fun in the hallway bunks. Looks small from the pictures, it is HUGE. We celebrated 2 of our 3 daughter's birthdays here and had ALOT of people over. There was tons of room. Linens were plush and the master bed was to die for. Well equipped, convenient to everything and Linda, the owner, wonderful to work with. The dryer had some issues but it was not a big deal. Bring extra TP, PT and trash bags here. We ran out. The condo also had movies, music and books and some beach toys for the kids. The pool was clean and we loved that we could be in the room and then down at the pool in literally, 2 minutes. We loved it, hated to leave. Plan to come back!! Oh and for those interested, after we ate and tucked the kids in with a movie (our 15 year old was in charge) we walked next door to the Pier Bar for some wine and to hear the band! So nice to not have to worry about driving back after a drink. I highly recommend this condo!

  I really enjoyed my vacation. The pier was excellent to walk on, enjoyed the beaches and just watching. Everyday there was something different going on, sailing, canoeing, surfing and all of the walkers. I thought the water was a little cool, but it did not bother a lot of people, this was March. For me it is a easy 2 day drive, or a long 1 day drive. You need a car.

  My grown daughter and I enjoyed this second floor condo for a long weekend in March. It is beautifully decorated and well-equipped and is quite near a long fishing pier. A heated pool was available for exercising, and the owner was very congenial. We plan to return! Thank you for your hospitality.

  I just spent a couple days in this unit on Navarre Beach while tending to business in the Pensacola - Santa Rosa County area. Wow!! It should be restated the pictures do this unit no justice! The bedroom as nice as it looks in the picture, is nicer!! The views are very full with both the sunrise and the sunset right out your wonder over the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. The Gulf is so beautiful this time of the year . I dont know if it is the weather or all the kids being back in school!! But the unit is gorgeous. Well equipped. The kitchen, even though this was a quick trip and I didnt cook, is very well equipped. The kind of quality I find using VRBO dot com. The unit is well and comfortably furnished. And by providing CD's, DVD's and even game boards; the attention to detail by the owners is great!! Speaking of the owner, you wont find an easier and attentive owner then Linda. She is great. The common use areas are beautiful, with three pools and three hot tubs, there is plenty of room and it is well kept!! Parking is very easy and there are carts to bring up your luggage, groceries etc up to the unit. Look forward to staying again soon!!

  The condo was very nice and well stocked with all the items you need. We were lucky with almost perfect weather and the water clarity was incredible. We really enjoyed the included beach service. The only negative we experienced was the live music played nightly at the pier bar. It can be a little loud. The owner was very nice to work with and made sure we had all questions answered prior to our trip. We will definitely be returning to this place.

I am so very sorry about the noise from the bar - I have only had a couple of comments from guests in my unit but the Association brings any complaints to the Board of Commissioners who oversee this leased establishment. We are working towards a solution.

  We loved this condo! The decor and personal touches made it so special! The condo and property were immaculate! The condo was well stocked and felt like home. Linda was so kind and easy to work with! We have visited Navarre several times over the past 23 years. This was by far the best time that we have ever had! We hope to visit again!

  The condo was perfect even for rainy days. We had a great view of the gulf as well as the fishing pier. the gentleman provinding the chairs and umbrellas could not have been more helpful and truly appreciated the extra shade. The pool was always crystal clear, which was nice since the weather was stirring the gulf up. The only downside was the bar next to the high rise...the music can get a little loud. All in all, I would stay there again in a heart beat. Oh and the rental managers coudl not have been any nicer! Thanks for a wonderful vacation...wish I was still there!

  Very clean and just as described! Linda was very pleasant to deal with. Amazing views, homey feel, and them most comfy king size bed I have ever slept in in my whole life. Great for a family. My kids loving sleeping in the bunk beds and playing at the beach everyday. Very relaxing with out all the tourist stuff. Not a far drive to Destin, Pensacola, or even Gulf Shores.

  This is a wonderful condo, the pictures look exactly how it really looks!! I loved being on the second floor not to high not to low, just perfect!! My grandaughters had sooo much fun all they wanted to do of course was swim and sleep with Grandma in the most awesome bed I have ever slept in!! We made many forever memories and we can't wait for our next trip. Linda was great to work with,very prompt in returning your questions. I would absolutely recomend this unit to anyone that is looking for a great place to stay!!!!
