  For the cost, you really can't find anything better. This particular unit had marble & laminate wood floors (makes it easy to clean up & not smelly). The little balcony has a GREAT view of the beach, and the walk to the beach is literally 3 minutes. Perfect spot across from Sharkys and down the street from lots of restaurants & Pier Park shopping. Only 2 gripes are that the maid doesn't clean the floors well (white socks turned black in 30 min) and the tv's are small & old school (but who really stays in the room to watch TV?). Other than that, I loved it!

  Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

  My family thoroughly enjoyed renting this beautiful condo during our vacation in Panama City Beach. The property is centrally located between Pier Park and beach front attractions. The logistics of renting directly from the owner was hassle free. Our only concern was the lack of physical property security to ensure that only occupants were allowed the property.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, girls getaway.

  Seahaven 916 is perfectly located for people who enjoy some action, but like a slightly slower pace as well, has UNOBSTRUCTED ocean views from every room, sports a NICE mix of commercial outlets (convenience store and ice cream store within walking distance) and natural beauty of PCB -away from mass hotels and tourist attraction) and is IDEAL for families with slightly older kids (twins and tweeners). The BUILDING itself, Origins, is generally well maintained (considering the high volume of foot traffic ) by a responsive on-site staff (custodial and front desk). There were a few, ordinary maintenance issues in the condo itself that Justin handled immediately (Sunday afternoon-sorry!), but nothing not easily overcome. I would definitely recommend this property to similar families, and plan without question to engage the property managers in the future (Jason/Justin). Condo Positives; -Service from management company, 24/7, friendly responsive attitude on all encounters, booking to exit -Keyless entry for check in and check out and general comings and goings (vital with smart but senseless teens!) -LARGE size for a one bedroom; We had four people and the size was ideal, teen boys slept on over-sized sleeper sofa. teen daughter and mom in master king. Plenty of room in master closet, floor area and large closet in common area for all the costume changes associated with the ages of my kids (14-18); NOTE PARENTS OF YOUNGER CHILDREN: Yes, boys do care how they look in their teens despite what they say! -Pool Condo/Property Negatives; -During peak times, the CENTRAL elevators are a zoo-be ready to take the stairs or alternate "vators". -The condo itself has kitchen service (silverware particularly) for truly four people-plan ahead and bring plastic silverware if your kids are unable to use/wash the same utensils daily (!), and bring your own salt, pepper, sugar packets, KITCHEN trash bags (yes, there really was ONLY one) , beach towels, wine tool, hand, dish, clothes and dishwasher soaps. While the lack of utility items is stated, past rented condos had the basics anyway to get you through the first day or two. At this property-don't gamble. Hit Wal-mart on way in. As a single Mom of three kids, who works HARD all year so that vacay time can be reasonably luxurious while thrifty, (truly an a goal which can BE accomplished), this experience was extremely positive.

  This was our second stay at origin and found this condo very nice, pics are very accurate, locations is great, sharkys right in front, Sell Island is BEAUTIFUL!!! We definitely recomend this condo. Thanks Jason

  This was our second stay at Origin, We stayed here with two other friends and found this condo very nice. Pics are very accurate, location was great, sharkys right in front of us, shell island is BEAUTIFUL! we had a great week and we'll be back for sure, next time. Thank you Jason we surely recomend this place for a great vacation.
