This stylishly furnished one bedroom 780 Square foot Bay front suite includes a large balcony with overlook of the pool, bay, Star Island, and Downtown Miami. Also featuring a separate bedroom with a King size bed, and sleeper sofa in living room.
This suite in South Beach Miami is located in a condo/hotel. Some of the suites are owned by the hotel, and others are privately owned, including this suite. Compare pricing my Suite is the same as booking a DELUXE BAY-VIEW ONE BEDROOM BALCONY SUITE. When you check into the hotel you are registered as my guest, you give them your credit card for incidentals to your stay, in the same way as if you were renting your room from the hotel. The only difference is by renting from me is you will pay a much lower room rate than if you were renting from the hotel. Housekeeping service is extra and you can work out arrangements with me for use of my private service for specific dates if desired. All other hotel provisions, such as the pool and gym are available to you exactly as if you were renting the room directly from the Hotel. I request a seasonal minimum 5 night stay, if it is a last minute booking for a short stay I will gladly accept a negotiated rate if the suite is open. There is also a 500 USD attached to all invoices that is returned to you after room departure and inspection. Please contact me with any questions. You are renting my home, indeed it is a suite in the Mondrian, but it is a private residence.

There is an additional 15 USD cleaning charge for more than 2 guests, and an additional cleaning charge of 50 USD for a mandatory mid week cleaning with stays of more than 6 nights.

Due to security measures, and wanting keeping the hotel up to it's luxury status, the owner of this suite and I are not to be held responsible or liable for any resident guest policy or rules that may change during your stay in our room. On occasion the rules are updated and we must conform and accept the new hotel guidelines. This is a privately owned suite located in the hotel and it is managed by the owner and a management team that is not affiliated with the The Morgan Hotel Group. You are a guest in this private resident condo suite of the owner which is inside the hotel/condo complex.

Why the Owner Chose Mondrian:
The Hotel and the suite itself are amazing, The room is comfortable and spacious, and the view from the suite is spectacular, overlooking the pool and the bay. The pool area is beautiful and a great vibe, fun and relaxing place to spend the day, and incredibly scenic with the bay in the background. Location is great, one block from a Whole Foods and Starbucks, 10-15 minute walk to the beach or to Lincoln Road, or a quick cab ride. Being 1 mile away from the beach you will enjoyed the location -- it breaks up the day nicely, hanging out at the beach during day and then the pool for the late afternoon and early evening, then down to Lincoln Rd or back to Ocean Drive at night. Also hard to overstate the convenience and value of having all the hotel services (except cleaning) at your fingertips, whether the pool, room service, luggage storage or valet.
