  Rating Details: I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A nearly perfect place, but watch out if you microwave the coffee cups. In the microwave, the handles seriously overheat, even though their base read that they were "microwave safe". My fingers blistered just from removing a cup from the microwave, something that has never ever happened to me before. They need to be replaced.

  Rating Details: I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was more than happy with the location. The vacation rental was very clean. The property manager was more than helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The only negative was the amount of stinging caterpillars present on the back porch. Both my kids, husband, and father developed a rash after touching these caterpillars. They would even find their way inside the villa. I'm not sure if the home owners are even aware of the problem. I would suggest spraying to control their population. Other than that, we had a fantastic beach vacation and loved the villa's decor and location. Thanks.

  Rating Details: I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. The property manager was more than helpful. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: not a review to be published but comments from client unit was very well located but smaller than expected. the cold weather required us to use the heat...this was very unsatisfactory. the unit produced virtually no heat and the tile flooring made it very uncomfortable for adults and two small children. kitchen was unbelievably small and was essentially unusable for more than one person at a time during our stay. i believe beachwalker should have made client aware of that very negative feature. unit was generally clean but the patios needed to be swept of leaves, dust and debris. for this type rental, the client should reasonably expect a better and more accurate presentation of the property. i have rented several other properties through beachwalker and all were very acceptable and comfortable. unfortunately, this property did not meet expectations and was horrifically over-priced.

  Rating Details: I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: An very good experience. Condo was very clean when we arrived. Plenty of towels. Being on the ground floor was great for the kids. It was like having an extra room and we didn't have to worry about a balcony which you do in some other units (which are beautiful, but not as great when you have young kids). I lost one of the keys and Beachwalker was very laid back about it. An excellent experience. Would return to this unit and the rental company was great to work with (very good communication, convenient key pick up and drop off, etc.).
