Property was located right by the beach and right by some great venues for food and drinks. Was able to walk everywhere for the two days that we were there. Perfect condo for our group since we didn't spend much time there aside from sleeping and showering. We didn't require it, but for future renters there is little privacy between the sleeping area (two beds) and the kitchen/living area (no doors). There were plenty of chairs and towels and boogie boards for us, too, so that was very convenient! The only problem that we had was that the condo wasn't stocked with extra toilet paper, so we had to contact the owner who was out of state and ended up asking friends to bring some over. The owner did arrange for a neighbor to bring some over and assured us that this had never happened before,Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

The condo was just as described. It was very clean and most comfortable. The condo is right on Gulf Way and from the deck you see the most amazing sunsets ever. All the neighbors gather on the deck at sunset and they were so friendly and even gave us some ideas of places to dine. We were there when the temperatures were in the 80's and we spent time on the beach just relaxing watching the dolphins swim by and the pelicans dive right in fron of us. Just a wonderful relaxing spot. The beach is beautiful and the walk to Don Cesar was perfect for our weery, winter bones. Walking back to the condo we chose Pass A Grille Drive and saw many different, beautiful old time Florida homes and so glad we didn't miss these. We ate at The Hurricane, The Brass Monkey and Sea Critters which were all very tasty. Grouper was fabulous and ate it in some form everyday. Ate breakfast one day at Seahorse and the grits and corn beef hash were the best by far. Took a morning trip to John's Pass Village to bring back a few gifts for the grandkids and had a wonderful lunch on the pier, enjoyed up close the frolicing dolphins who really put on a show. Had dinner at Chill in St. Pete's Beach one evening and never had tapas style before and loved everything our waiter suggested. The best ! we even visited the Historical Museum and read some really interesting facts about Pass A Grille. Worth the trip, it's right on 10th St. Also shopped at Galene's Paradise. Great stuff and gracious shopkeeper who also gave us interesting facts. Drove out to Fort DeSoto and saw magnificent scenery and beaches. All in all, the best vacation, but just too short a time. Chris was so very nice to deal with and thank you for a wonderful stay. We hope to return real soon. Just a wonderful place to stay!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

Excellent location, well equipped condo, simple effective booking process. Chris is a friendly and efficient owner. Rental from owner was new to us and we had many questions (and a few reservations). Chris was great, simple effective process, well explained and well organised. The balcony provides a comfortable place to view the most amazing sunsets. We will be back.... I wanted to take my 90 year old father to the beach for a week --- he still loves getting in the water. Having stayed at other locations in Pass-A-Grille over the years, we are familiar with the area. The location of this condo is unbeatable. All amenities are included with this rental. And I mean everything. Full kitchen with all utensils, bedroom with 2-queens and clean linens, bathroom with plenty of towels, etc., two 32" flat screen TV's, beach chairs & towels, ice chest----everything. On top of that, the cleanliness of the condo was superb. Located in a small, yet quaint building, the facility hosted approximately 20 total condos. A few of the residents appeared to be full-time and all were very, very hospitable. There is an on-site building manager if you require any assistance with the unit (we required no help). Being right across the street from the beach was the best! And, for "Truth In Advertising," the SUNSETS WERE THE BEST!! Unbelievable view from the upper deck! Working with the owners in leasing this unit was seamless. Good people, good property, good location! My grade: AAAA++++Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We have stayed in several different units in this building over the past year and this by far exceeded all expectations. The condo is equipped with everything you could possibly need for your trip and then some and impeccable clean. Chris's attention to detail and ease of communication is great! We loved this area of Pass-A-Grille, the condo is located between 7th and 8th avenue on Gulf Blvd.The description and photos are accurate of this cute little condo.It is very well equipped with everthing needed for your vacation.The condo was very affordable and well maintained.Our family took a charter fishing trip within walking distance. The Brass Monkey Restaurant is next door, the owner is from Md.,so they serve a true Md. crab cake!! we ate lunch on the upper deck with a view of the ocean.We also enjoyed Sea Critters and Hurricane Restaurants.Arrive on a week day when Pass-A-Grille is peaceful!! This condo was perfect. It was neat, clean and affordable. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen is very well stocked with everything you would need. There are two brand new flat screen TV's. They also provided beach chairs and the location can't be beat. We will be back and also recommend this one to friends and family. During our recent stay we wrapping a present and realized we had everything but scotch tape. It only took us a few minutes of looking around and we found not one, but three rolls of scotch tape. We have never stayed anywhere else that has been so well supplied with everything. We will certainly return in the near future.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Have stayed in several motels/hotels in the area and this was a great value in a fantastic location. The deck is absolutely amazing. Had a great time and will rent again! Owner was very easy to work with.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.
