We enjoyed this rental home last summer--our first family vacation with our grandson. The home's listing description was accurate but the beach was further than we imagined--not within walking distance but a short bike ride to a portion of the beach accessible via a walking path. We ended up driving to the main beach area by the country club which always had ample parking--couldn't take our grandson on a bike to the beach! The photos were accurate but the rental didn't have much of a back yard and the back deck needed to be blown off since it was covered with leaves and small branches from a storm prior to arrival. The owners didn't send out anyone despite being called. The interior spaces were better than what we imagined from the pictures. The home was clean and well-maintained. The owners went over the top in supplying extra bikes for our large family, which enabled the kids to go wherever they wanted. I would recommend this property to others if they don't mind being a short distance from the beach.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

We thoroughy enjoyed our stay at 23 Wilkdwood. The home is spacious, clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. It easily accommodated our group of 10. The house is in a beautiful setting, close to Harbour Town, restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed riding the bicycles that were provided to the beach. There are numerous bike paths close by. We would recommend 23 Wildwood to others and are planning on staying again the next time we're in Hilton Head.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with teenagers.

This property was even better than we expected! Absolutely stunning with all the amenties you could ask for! There were no surprises because it was exactly as detailed on the website. The kitchen was perfectly stocked, decor tastefully done and the location could not have been better. Centrally located within Sea Pines. The lay out of the home is perfect for families with children. Ours happen to be adults so they truly enjoyed the privacy of the upper level! We have spent numerous vacations on Sea Pines and this by far is one of our favorite rentals. We shall be back!Recommended for: Girls getaway, pet owners, families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.
