This 3-bedroom/2-bathroom villa looks out over lush tropical gardens, palm trees, blooming bougainvilla and hibiscus under a canopy of live oak trees. This recently renovated 2nd floor villa has been tastefully decorated and is wonderfully comfortable for a relaxing and restful vacation. The Master features a King bed, large walk-in closet and private bath. 2nd Bedroom features Twin beds and the 3rd bedroom a Queen sofa bed and flat screen TV. The living room has a brand new 42” Samsung TV with Blue Ray DVD player. WIFI Internet access.
The villa is less than 100 yards from a private pool and 200 yards from the Tennis/health Club and its 16 championship clay tennis courts. It’s just a short walk to the Beach Club overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.

Activities and Attractions - Located in beautiful, upscale Vero Beach. Vero Beach's strict zoning allows a maximum building height of only three stories- so views are preserved and density is extremely low. Vero has excellent shopping and dining; specialty shops, outlet malls, and many outstanding restaurants to choose from.
Great fishing, golfing, and water sports throughout the area. Orlando Airport, Disney World, Universal Studios, and other attractions are only 90 minutes away, and the Kennedy Space Center 60 minutes away. Palm Beach is also 60 minutes away for additional fine dining, shopping, fine arts theater, and airport. Sebastian Inlet seven miles.
Vero's Central Beach neighborhood, ten minutes away, is a quaint beach town, and everything is within a few blocks- great restaurants, sports bar, upscale shopping, groceries, and the post office. Vero is also the winter home of the Los Angeles Dodgers.
