Perched on a hillside overlooking the channel, this three-story, four-bedroom charmer is privately owned and operated.
It is surrounded by a large garden with lush vegetation, sundeck, and open-air shower. Sorry, no pool.
Perfect for families, the airy, well lit and pleasant vacation rental provides plenty of sleeping space for ten people. It boasts a framework of Brazilian hardwood jatoba, glazed openings, microcement floors, and bathrooms finished with exquisite glass mosaic tiles.
Upper floor: one suite w/ queen-size bed, French doors and veranda; one suite with two twin-size beds and two rollaway beds (sleeps four), and one half bathroom.
Lower floor, with (covered) external access: one suite w / queen-size bed and one suite with two twin-size beds.
Intermediate floor: Living room with dinner area. Large veranda furnished with couch, benches, hammocks, dining table for ten people, counter with sink, large portable charcoal grill. Fully-equipped kitchen (except for dishwasher) with gas stove, pantry with freezer and mini-bar (for beverages). Laundry area with sink, washer and dryer, staff bathroom. We do not have a room for live-in maid.
The living room is equipped with loud-speakers w/ MP3 connection, 32-in Led TV With DVD / Bluray for video games and movies. Playing cards, board games and selection of DVDs for night-time entertainment. The house does not have cable TV and Internet. A mini-modem for notebook / laptop Internet connection (MAC and MS Windows operating systems) is provided upon request.
Ceiling fans in bedrooms and living room. Gas heaters installed outside the house provide hot water for all bathrooms and kitchen. Water supply is not affected by summer shortage, as the community has its own well.
Please note: although small children are always welcome, we forewarn parents that the house windows and stairway are not equipped with safety nets or other devices. The house is not wheel-chair accessible.
A path within the premises leads down to a private area right on the waterfront, with small beach (at low tide) and ramp for small and medium-size boats.
24-hour security, staffed gatehouses; house alarm.
Important: we kindly ask guests not to smoke inside the house. If you would like to bring our pet, please talk to us first, as the community has strict rules regarding animals.
Except during New Year celebrations, noisy parties and social gatherings, loud music and illegal activities are not allowed.
Daily maid service, bed linens and bath and beach towels are NOT included in rental price. Bed linens can be provided on request exceptionally, at an additional charge.
Parking for 4 cars (one covered space).
