The listing is exactly what it said it was! The location of this beautiful property is perfect for shelling and watching sunsets...the widows peak is one of a kind! The inside is beautifully decorated and updated as well as clean. The modern kitchen had everything needed to prepare snacks or meals. Within minutes of shopping, restaurants, and nature lovers sites. Nice screened in porch to view all of nature at its finest. Would definitely recommend this to anyone...very enjoyable and owner was quite accommodating!

The week of September 6, 2008 was our first time vacationing on Sanibel Island, and at the Signal Inn. Staying in unit 19. The condo is beautiful, spacious, and the kitchen was very well equipped. The condo was very clean, and decorated very nice(liked the furniture) Loved the view of the Gulf, easy access to the beach and pool/hot tub. There was lots to do on the island. Shelling, swimming, relaxing on the beach, bike riding, shopping, dolphin tour, etc. The bikes and beach chairs were provided (that was nice). Many Happy Memories were made during our stay. Can't wait for a return vist. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH FOR SHARING YOUR HOME AWAY FROM HOME WITH US!!!

Our family has visited the Signal Inn for several years. Unit 16 is our favorite: it's been recently remodeled, it has easy access to the beach and pool, and has a crows nest that provides an incredible view of the beach. This is our getaway for the peace and tranquility we need to rejuvenate from the rat race of everyday life.

The unit was situated on the more secluded edge of the complex and was very quiet and close to nature. Living quarters were well appointed, clean, and spacious. Many happy hours were filled with great beachcombing adventures and just relaxing out on the lanai. Would we contemplate a return visit? Absolutely!

A beautiful condo. Very well laid out and a beautiful view of the Gulf, especially from the top lookout. We truly appreciated bringing our Golden Retriever,Timber. He loved the waves and relaxing on the cool tile floor. The property managers,Leeann and Chuck, are very competent and knowledgeable. The beach was full of unique shells after the storms, and the weather came around by the 3rd day. We continue to appreciate Sanibel, and especially the Signal Inn!

This is our 11th year vacationing on Sanibel Island and first time at the Signal Inn, Unit 19. Had the wonderful opportunity to stay for the entire month of April 2006. This beautiful, spacious and well-equipped townhouse is on a very quiet and secluded part of Sanibel Island. The resort is well managed with on-site property managers. Weather was perfect so we kept the air-conditioner off, most of the time, so we could enjoy the balmy breezes that circulated throughout the townhouse and enjoy the sounds of nature (greeted every morning with the sounds of many birds and every evening with the sounds of crickets and frogs). Enjoyed many hours relaxing on the large lanai with a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico. The living room patio doors opened almost as wide as the lanai – felt like you were outside. The view from the Crow’s Nest was incredible. On the many walks over the bridge to the beach, we saw the resident alligator, turtles and sea otters and at the beach, saw dolphins playing in the gulf. The Tommy Bahamas furniture is very comfortable. Enjoyed the many restaurants on the island and other activities such as biking, kayaking, shelling, walking, etc. We also liked having the wireless internet for the unit. Would highly recommend staying at this beautiful townhouse and this location.

We stayed at the Signal Inn #19 the last week of February. The grounds and surrounding areas were all in great shape with fresh plantings. The unit was very clean with great views of the gulf. The facility is well managed with a very attentive staff to answer questions or take care of any needs. The unit was also well equiped with all the necessary supplies to include a Weber grill and 4 very good bikes which we used on several occasions to include a ride to and through the Ding Darling nature preserve....a wonderful ecosystem. Definately a very nice, spacious condo in a great location.

We spent last week on Sanibel Island and this spacious and well-appointed unit #19 at Sanibel Inn Beach and Racquetball Club was wonderful. Each building has two units side-by-side with twol levels plus a lookout on the rooftop. The master has a queen, full bathroom and walk-in closet in a loft suite overlooking the large living/dining room. The other 2 bedrooms have a double and 2 twins respectively. There is a full laundry room and another full bathroom, as well as a kitchen with stainless steel appliances. They supplied us with a "starter" of soaps and detergents, all linens, bath and beach towels. The view from the wall-to wall sliding glass doors and screened in porch was beautiful, and the view from the rooftop even more spectacular! We walked on the white sand beach for miles every day, biked around the island, and kayaked in the Ding Darling National Wildlife Reserve. The birds were beautiful, and we were twice treated to a show of dolphins swimming and feeding right along the beach! The drive to Captiva Island was beautiful and the shops and restaurants very nice. Our favorites were the Sanibel Bean Café and Trader's. We highly recommend this unit and this location.

We have just rerurned from a wonderful 2 week stay in Signal Inn #19, Sanibel Island. The town home is secluded, spacious and tastefully decorated. There are incredible views from the captains walk to the east and to the west. There is so much to do including shelling, walking, jogging, biking, swimming, soaking in the hot tub (shared), bird watching, or just relaxing on the beach in a chair (provided) with a good book. The on site management (Chuck and Leann) is most helpful. Best of all, we were able to bring our pet Molly who enjoyed herself to the utmost! I highly recommend this rental!
