Custom built, in an extremely convenient location, very close to the village of Southampton and local beaches.

5,000 square feet: 7 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms on 1.5 acres of private manicured landscaping. Tennis Court (har-tru), Heated Pool, Hot Tub, Stainless/Granite Kitchen, Basketball Court (30 x 30), 2,800 Sq ft of decking, BBQ, 6 large Flat Panel Televisions (smart tv's), sonos wireless music system, Peloton. Located in a private sub-division, close to the beach and the Village of Southampton.

There are 5 queen beds, 1 king bed and two twin beds. Each has high thread count sheets, new pillows and comforters. The kitchen includes a wine refrigerator, top of the line appliances, fine cutlery and is appointed with a comprehensive array of cookware. The deck off the kitchen includes a large BBQ, connected to the in-ground propane tank.

The landscaping is mature, lush and creates a tranquil and very private setting. You will be surrounded by magnificent greenery. I've worked with a very talented landscape architect to make this special backdrop possible.

I've been directly involved in several new home construction projects in the Hamptons and thus pay attention to every detail of my home. The basement was renovated in 2023 with other updates during the last few years.

Beautiful house, terrific host

This house is exactly as described in the listing. Very comfortable and spacious, everything was in working order. Pool and deck were beautiful and the tennis court was in great shape. Best feature was Peter, who is a responsible and responsive host. We had the misfortune to be renting during a tropical storm, but within 24 hours Peter had the property cleaned up and the pool ready for use. Couldn't have asked for more.

Southampton Vacation

The home met the needs of our family of six perfectly. Plenty of space inside and great outdoor space for our 4 teenage sons. The outdoor amenities of heated pool, hot tub, basketball and tennis courts were great. The beaches were great as well. The owners were extremely helpful and available for any questions we had during our stay. We would highly recommend the property.

Fabulous Family Fun

One of our most memorable vacations!!!! The house and grounds were impeccable, spacious, and well laid out. Top-of-the-line kitchen, high quality linens and towels, beautiful and comfortable furnishings, crystal clear pool and patio areas. The owner made the experience most pleasant and his detailed instructions left no questions about running the house smoothly. Our families enjoyed the time exploring the beautiful beaches, wineries, shops, and restaurants and most of all, relaxing. This house has absolutely everything you need for a once-in-a-lifetime getaway!

Amazing Stay

We spent 2 weeks at this perfectly located home in Southampton, just minutes from town, Coopers Beach and Conscience Point. Centrally located to shop in Riverhead or head on over to Bridgehampton Commons. The house itself was immaculate! The amenities were endless. The kitchen was a chef’s dream come true. High end appliances and all the kitchen toys needed to cook a fabulous meal. The pool was heated with crystal clear water. The seven bedrooms allowed us to spread out and have privacy. The beds themselves were comfortable and the owner included high thread count sheets and blankets. The owner was readily available and sent us instructions on how to work every single item in the house. I recommend this home without hesitation!
