  What a nice place to call home for a week...I can certainly recommend this condo to any family looking for a comfortable home away from home. Modern upgrades throughout, comfy beds, clean bathrooms, even a Keurig in the kitchen. Close to beach and everything else Myrtle Beach has to offer. Owner was a pleasure to deal with, thorough and professional.

  Our stay in Myrtle Beach was outstanding due to the superior quality of this condo and the friendly, cooperative nature of the owners. I have been renting condos in Myrtle Beach for nearly 30 years and this unit is the best appointed and up-to-date rental I have seen. It has everything you need for a great stay, it is super clean, and looks brand new inside. It is evident the owners have put a great deal of time, thought and expense into this unit and were great to work with as well. I felt that my money was well spent in staying here. I will rent this condo again when I return to the beach.

  Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, families with young children, girls getaway.

  I don't even know where to begin!! This villa is top notch! Such a well decorated and comfortable space. We had 22 people in our group for our Family vacation who stayed in Kingston Plantation and we were the envy of all for such a great villa. So much time and attention to detail was spent on this house. We have 6 in our family and we all had plenty of space to relax and not be under each other's feet. The owners thought of everything you could possibly need for your stay. Extremely clean and well kept. If we ever go back to Myrtle Beach for vacation this will be the place I have to stay at! A short walk to the beach, view of the lake from the Master and living room. The kids had a great time feeding the ducks and watching the turtles and catching frogs! Use of chairs, boogy boards & sand toys was great since we didn't have to pack those things from home which helped since they take up so much space! No need to think twice about renting this place, you will not be dissapointed!! Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us!

  I would have to say that this was my favorite condo we have stayed in since we have been coming here for the past 20 years. The owner made it very easy and pleasant to rent it and get the keys etc. The condo is beautiful and we have always loved Kingston plantation. We come here every other year and would definitly stay here again. Thanks for sharing your beautiful condo.

  Our family enjoyed the beautiful condo and all its many amenities. The owner was wonderful to work with and had a very efficient way to give us information and to send us the keys a week before we left-she could not have been nicer. It was a short walk to the beach and to the other condos-other members of our family stayed in two other condos in Kingston Plantation. The pictures were beautiful, but the condo itself was even nicer than the pictures. We would definitely consider staying there again.

  This villa is beautiful! We enjoyed our week long stay here. Clean, updated, great location close to the beach. We would rent again. The owner is very pleasant to work with, too!

  We stayed for a week at this house and felt like we were at home. The house is beautiful inside and out. The decor is beautiful and welcoming. If we make it back to Myrtle Beach next year, we will definitely stay here again. Kingston Plantation is a great resort for families of with children of all ages. Our kids are 14, 9 and 6 and they all enjoyed themselves. We brought our bikes and were able to get around the resort easily. Thanks for allowing us to enjoy your home. You made vacation planning a breeze!!!

  We had a great weekend at your condo. We had 9 family members in our group and it was comfortable for us all. The condo is beautiful and has everything you could need. It was an easy walk to the beach and pier. It is so convenient to all the different attractions in the area.

  We just returned back from our vaction stay during the week of June 3-8th. This beach home is "Top-Notch". It has upscale furnishings and decor. The renovations done to this home were absolutely gorgeous! Granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, earth-toned tile in the tub/shower, stainless steel appliances, custom fireplace mantle/shelving, hardwood floors throughout, and so much more. We have stayed at the Marriott Resort in Myrtle Beach, and this place was SO much nicer in our opinion. We felt like we were staying in "Five-Star" accomodations. We felt right at home here. It was so hard to leave when our vacation was over :( The owners were so easy to work with and very orgainized when making our travel plans. They were very prompt in answering any questions we had and sending the paperwork/contract/keys needed to complete the reservation. They also had a few surprises for us upon our arrival. They provided complimentary coffee pods for their Keurig coffee brewer. We have the same coffee brewer at home and we were excited to have the same comforts of home offered to us here during our stay. They also allowed us access to a storage closet filled with beach chairs, boogie boards, beach toys, and a beach umbrella to use during our stay. It was a short walk to the beach and pool area. The pathways to the beach/pool were easy to follow with lush/tropical landscaping along the way. The beach front had a boardwalk pathway that had several beach access locations which included outdoor showers. It was convient to use the showers after leaving the beach to rinse off the sand from our belongings and ourselves. It was very peacful and relaxing staying at St. James Park which is located in a lovely wooded setting with views of the pond. This was our first time booking a vacation through VRBO, and I was pleasantly surprised how well the process went. We loved it here so much that we are looking forward to our next trip here and staying in the same unit. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this unit. You will be very impressed. Our first words when we entered this home was, "WOW, this place is AMAZING!!". The pictures were accurate, and it is what helped us make the decision to rent this home; however, wait till you see this place in person, it gets even better. You will NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!! I believe it is the BEST place to stay at Kingston Plantation Resort. :)
