Welcome to our beautiful Destin condo overlooking the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico! You will definitely feel the impact of our low level corner unit with sweeping views of the gulf as you relax and fellowship with your family on vacation. You are steps to the sand and have views of the white beach for miles.
The condo is located just six miles from Downtown Destin and is within walking distance of the Whales Tale Restaurant, and is less than one mile to Pompano Joe's Seafood House and Silver Sands Outlet Center.
We have taken special care to professionally furnish our relaxing retreat with brand new La-Z-Boy furniture to provide the highest level of comfort. In November of 2010 the condo was completely refinished with new furniture, bedding, and cabinetry in the kitchen and all three bathrooms.

My husband & I stayed here for Spring Break with our 2 year old son, 18 year old daughter & 6 of her friends. It couldnt have been more perfect! Tons of comfortable seating in the living room, comfortable beds & huge kitchen & laundry room! The condo was immaculate as well. The owner, Tom, was great to work with & we'll most definitely book again!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

This unit was awesome! Very spacious and clean! Great place for kids and couples! Loved staying here! Great view from the balcony! Traffic wasnt bad! Also very close to the outlet malls! Had a restaurant right across from room! Great place to eat. Also a little tiki bar on beach! Weather was great...pool was nice! Perfect week! Mr. Tom (the owner) was awesome! So so nice! He called and checked on us! Made sure we had everything! Great experience renting from him! Thanks Mr. Tom!!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

This is the first time our family has rented a condo like this from an individual owner and I was a little nervous at first. Tom, the owner, quickly put my mind at ease. The rental was exactly as promised and they even had special extras like board games and a play station which my children appreciated on the rainy days. The unit was very clean and well maintained. Tom was quick to reply to my emails and even called me a couple days prior to the departure to check if I had any questions.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, families with young children.

The condo is spacious with full equipped and privacy for each room. The view is wonderful since it's a corner unit. The owner is very nice to talk to and discuss the concerns. He even leaves the dvd and ps2 for the kids. Very convinent and short walk to the beach. I definatly come back and contact him for this unit. Love it!Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children.
