This charming waterfront town house has on Flamboyant Drive has a delightful view of Rodney Bay Marina and the boats. It has a well furnished and spacious 'L' shaped lounge and dining area with ceiling fans, cable TV, Hi-Fi and bar unit with its own bar fridge. There is a downstairs cloakroom, a well equipped kitchen and laundry room. A terrace leads from the sitting room and provides al fresco dining or sunbathing. Upstairs there is a large bedroom with queen size bed and en suite shower room, a large twin-bedded room with separate shower room. Both bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans and face the marina. They have ample wardrobe and cupboard space. Number Four is in a block of five town houses in a small development of 12 houses. There is an attractive communal swimming pool and whirlpool just yards from the door.
Rodney Quay is situated within two minutes walk of one of the best bathing beaches and just a short walk from a variety of excellent restaurants & shops

                                A group of 4 friends stayed at #4 Rodney Quay for a week and had an amazing experience. We were able to visit many places on the island, and we felt that Rodney Bay was the best place to stay while you are in St Lucia. Before we went to St Lucia, we did a lot of research on where to stay on the island, and we are very glad that we made the decision to stay where we did. If we went back to St Lucia again, we would definitely stay here again. Victoria, the lady who rents out the condo, was very speedy with her communication, she was there to welcome us when we showed up, was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had while we stayed at the condo, and was willing to do anything to make our stay memorable. It was nice to have the beautiful and relaxing beach across the street and only a couple minute walk away. It was also so nice and convenient to be within a short walking distance to multiple restaurants and grocery stores. We never had to rent a car while we were there. As for restaurants we recommend: The Spice of India (Indian Food) and Kudeta (Thai Food).We also recommend the Mini Bakery which sells mini donuts. The condo was very clean, safe, relaxing, nicely decorated, well kept, and in a quiet location. It's always a gamble with using rental sites like this because you never know what you're going to get until you arrive and see the location. This place didn't disappoint at all, and we would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a memorable experience.

                                Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

                                Our party of 4 adults had a really enjoyable two weeks at this lovely villa. Located in a secure and peaceful location, right by the marina water front, with a lovely patio surrounded by exotic plants. The two main bedrooms are fully air conditioned so no problem sleeping at night with the high outside temperatures (25C plus some nights). Victoria (from Dragonfly) was very prompt and professional at sorting out any problems and provided help with airport transfers, car hire and local information. Linda, our daily maid with some 14 years service, was very discreet and kept the place spotlessly clean. Thoroughly recommended. Chris & Maureen Skingsley, May 2012.

                                My wife and I rented the condo the second week of April. This was our first time renting through VRBO.com. After much research and reading the reviews we settled on this condo. The previous reviews were very accurate and we absolutely loved the location of the condo. Fantastic restaurants, shopping, and beaches are withing a 1-3 minute walk. The condo sits on the Marina and the breeze coming into the condo off of the water was very refreshing. Reduit beach was across the street with easy access through the hotel. The condo was very spacious, clean, and a safe environment. Linda our housekeeper was very gracious and attended to every one of our needs. Victoria was also very helpful in setting up excursions and transportation. We absolutely loved our trip to St. Lucia and hope to make it back again.

                                In March my husband and myself spend two glorious weeks in Rodney Bay, St Lucia. One's home away from home is an important part of one's vacation and this condo was perfect for the two of us. We could get up in the morning and be thoroughly spoiled by our housekeeper "Linda," who cooked us a wonderful breakfast and got us set for the day. (The housekeeper comes with the rental.) We would then stroll one block and there we were at The St Lucian Beach - this has to the best beach on the Island. Everything was so convenient. In the evenings we could walk everywhere - there are numerous restaurants and bars on the strip - "Buzz" and "Memories of Hong Kong" being our favourites. Buzz is known for their seafood, but their Lamb Shanks, Pepperpot and Baby Back Ribs are amazing!! At Memories you have to have their Crispy Duck. When you have had sufficient sun you must take a walk to the end of the street where you will find two malls with a variety of shops, ice-cream parlors, beauty salons and little restaurants. All this and you have not had to take a taxi or rent a car. Everything is at you disposal. The condo is beautifully furnished and the patio is so private and you are surrounded by beautiful plants while you have Rodney Bay and all the yachts right in front of you. It is a little dream home.

                                Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car.

                                This is a beautiful waterfront property and is in the most perfect location. We walked to the beach most days and stopped at a beach bar on the way back to watch the sunset which is truly amazing!!! As the property is located in the heart of the Rodney Bay Village my husband and I were able to walk out to dinner each evening without having to get a taxi everywhere as we didn’t hire a car. Our favorite restaurants which we highly recommend you try are Buzz and Razmataz. There are also lots of shops within close proximity of the property. Linda the housekeeper really took great care of us and the house is extremely tastefully furnished. The house has everything you could need and we tried cooking some local dishes on a couple of nights. The St. Lucian hot sauce is amazing! My husband loves diving and the location of the property is fantastic as there is a small dive shop just down from the house. The dive boat can be boarded from one of the docks just behind the property so I lost him for a couple of days whilst I enjoyed sunbathing. Victoria the property manager arranged our airport transfers and all our tours, she was on hand whenever we needed help with anything. We highly recommend taking the boat tour which goes down the island to the Pitons, Volcano, Waterfall and Cocoa Plantation – be sure to take your camera! All in all a fantastic holiday, St. Lucia is a wonderful place and we will definitely return and stay at this property again.
