There are 12 individually keyed guest rooms on the property; 11 guest rooms with king beds, 1 with 2 queen beds.
In addition to the guest rooms, the rental would also include the master residence on the property, The Lone Star Suite.
The Lone Star is its own building and includes a living room, dining room, kitchen, office area, large master suite with a king bed and bathroom with a large soaking tub, separate shower, small gym and private hot tub.

If you wish to cancel a confirmed booking the following cancellation penalties will apply:

• Cancellation received 31 days or more prior to departure: Loss of deposit

• Cancellation received 30 days or less prior to departure: 100% of cost

If you have booked additional services such as offsite summer or winter activities, spa services, hired cars, etc., different cancellation terms may apply.

This owner accepts: Credit cards (Master Card and Visa only), check or bank transfer.

Deposit:

• 30% of the total cost of booking due within 7 days of reservation confirmation

• Final Payment - Balance due 30 days prior to arrival

• If booking is made within 30 days of departure, guest will be required to forward full payment for the stay.
