If you are looking for an upscale, elegant home and not just someone's rental property, you have found it! We have taken much care and consideration in designing our beach home. Our home away from home has everything you need!
'Rosemary Style' Beach cottage, in the heart of Panama City Beach. This cozy beach home is located just 700 feet, from the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. We are a 2 minute walk to the beach and 30 seconds to our community pool.
We are on the quiet side of Thomas Drive, with deeded beach access away from the busy condos. Avoid the overcrowded hotel beaches,parking decks and elevators. No pool or parking passes needed here! In fact, our beach access is located in a natural area that has not been developed with hotels. Walk to family activities such as Emerald Falls golf, go-karts,bumper boats and bungee. Also, a short walk to many great places for dining and nightlife such as Spinnaker, La Vela, Pineapple Willies, Capt'n Jacks, Liza's, Finn's Surf Shak. Take a 5 minute drive down Joan Ave, to see attractions such as Wonderworks, Ripley's and Zoo World. Spend a fun day at Pier Park located 10-15 minutes away. On Thomas drive visit Captain Anderson's Marina, Boatyard Restaurant, and Schooners Beach dining. Join Mr.Surf's Board club to rent paddle boards, surfboards and extra bikes.
The upstairs kitchen,living, and dining areas are completely spacious and open. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, with a granite bar top for extra dining. The dining area has room for seven to sit comfortably. The living area is newly furnished with a sleeper sofa, and 2 comfy chairs. A 42' flat panel television can be seen from all areas. Open the french doors to the balcony and let the fresh breezes in. Enjoy ocean views while having your morning coffee or glass of wine in the evening. Dine on the balcony, while watching your favorite show or game.
The three bedrooms are all spacious, with their own ceiling fans and private bathrooms. All bedrooms have luxurious 400 thread count sheets and upscale bedding. The master bedroom has a queen size pillow top bed and exterior door that leads to the front porch areas. Across from the master bedroom is a kid friendly room with a full size bed. The third bedroom has a queen size bed and is located on the top floor, along with the kitchen, living areas.
(3) Tommy Bahama beach chairs and umbrella are available for use during your stay, along with 2 bicycles. No need to pack all those bulky beach toys. Boogie boards, sand toys and shovels are provided for use during your stay. After a fun day at the beach, cool off in the community pool, which is shared by only 7 other homes. Rinse off at your own outdoor shower. Fire up the gas grill and throw some shrimp on the barbie! Enjoy hanging out in the outdoor areas around the home. Our courtyard area has been sanded and planted with tropical plants, just to give another area to relax in.
The house is stocked with everything you need. You won't be running to the store for incidental items. We have it all... blender, wine opener, grill utensils, fondue pot, ice cream maker, hair dryer, books, games, dvds ,etc. No need to leave for ice cream after dinner. You can make your own!!! Use our Cuisinart ice cream maker during your stay.
What makes our home different than the other homes in our community? This is our personal vacation home too, so no details have been missed.

I loved my visit to Panama city! This beach house had everything you could possibly need and it's very clean and put together. It was very cozy and I felt very comfortable as if I were in my own home. The beach was only a short walk away and once you get there it's almost like you have the beach to yourself. The location was also great because it was close to everything so I never had to drive far. The neighbors were also very friendly. I can't wait until I am able to visit again. Thank you!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children.

Your vacation rental was awesome, description was very accurate, it was very clean and has been well-maintained. Any questions in regard to the rental the owners responded immediately and were always very helpful. Neighbors were very cordial and friendly. I would recommend this rental to my extended family and friends! Convenient to everything we needed for our stay. Thanks again, my family and I enjoy our stay immensely!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.

I want to thank the Brewster's for their wonderful southern hospitality. We booked this home at the last minute and they were nothing but helpful and gracious in letting us rent their home. We had 3 families stay with 4 kids. There was more than enough room to eat and kick back after a great day at the beach. The home was very clean, and it felt like we were on vacation but still at home. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Panama City Beach. There was no one within 50-100 yards from us on the beach, so we had the seclusion we needed for a great vacation. The Tommy Bahamma chairs were awesome, Im going to buy one for future trips to the beach. Thank you once again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

Adorable beach house on quiet street. We loved being so close to the beach and walking to restaurants. House is super clean and loved the modern beach decor and great kitchen. Enjoyed the bikes, balcony, bbq, and being able to park a few steps from front door. We rented a pontoon for the day which was a short drive from the house.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children.

We were down for Florida Ironman 2011 and found the house conveniently located for the race.Great location to beach. House is lovely, well appointed and on the quieter side of town. Enjoyed the bikes. Convenient to shopping, activities and the State Park. We will definitely consider it again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, romantic getaway.
