  This condo is exceptional and is located in the middle of the Zona Romantica. One can see the waves crashing on the beach from either of the two balconies. There are fantastic views of the town and mountains along with beautiful sunsets and the location is quite safe. Reasonably priced restaurants and shopping close by. Shared this beautiful condo with my wife and friends and we did not want to leave. It is filled with top of the line appliances, beautiful furnishings, lovely artwork, luxurious linens, towels and a well stocked and equipped kitchen. Kitchen also had spices and condiments and every gadget you need. The barbecue was a nice touch as it was right on the balcony. Beds are new and comfortable. There was maid service twice during our week long stay. We all drank the water without adverse effects. We all enjoyed the large pool surrounded by well manicured grounds. Building is quite secure. The property manager Carlos met us on our arrival and showed us around the premises. This was a nice touch. We are very happy we decided to rent this condo. The owners are very detailed oriented and focused on providing a great product which delivered exceptional value. Many thanks to the Steve for answering my many inquiries.

  We are so thrilled we decided to rent this absolutely gorgeous condo which exceeded our expectations. The photos does not do it justice. There are breathtaking views of the ocean and mountains. Ocean view is much closer than depicted in the photos. We were met by Carlos Tovar on our arrival and he showed us around the premises, gave us a lot of useful information and patiently answered all of our questions. It was great to have this type of interaction as it started our stay on a positive note since this was our first trip to Puerto Vallarta. The condo is immaculate, extremely clean, tastefully decorated with high end finishes,fully equipped kitchen, has luxurious linens and towels and well stocked with everything one needs. The owners went to great lengths to ensure nothing is missing and all you need to bring is your personal items. The Barbecue works very well. It was a treat to have free Internet service and to make free phone calls to Canada. Computer and televisions work well. All you need to bring is your personal items. Condo is centrally located to great reasonably priced restaurants, good shopping and the Farmers Market. Had an outdoor massage which was awesome. There is an International grocery store in the building and Los Mercado is located one block east of the condo where you can get fresh fruits, vegetables, meats etc. The grounds and common areas are immaculate and there is on site security. We are thrilled that we chose to stay at this condo. The owners Steve and Rex were great to work with and provided lots of useful information and patiently answered our many questions. We would like to thank them for allowing us to rent their fabulous home and we are already planning our next trip.

  As one can see from the photos, this apartment is very special. It's an easy walk to every restaurant or attraction in the Romantic Zone, and being near the river, it is also an easy walk on the Malecon to the main downtown area north of the river. The suite itself has a great open concept design, with kitchen, dining area, living room and corner balcony all one long and very attractive space. This works very well because of the two balconies with large glass sliding doors; one at the corner, and another that provides very good light and a feeling of openness at the middle of the long wall, adjacent to the dining area. The spaciousness and light are superb. In the category of "small things" Lynda lists: plenty of good hangers, full length mirrors in the master bedroom, excellent quality and quantity of dishes, cutlery and cooking equipment, and shower stall niches that pleased her greatly. We both appreciated the Vonage telephone service to anywhere, and the TV sets provided in the living room and in every bedroom. For Canadians like us a big plus was access to Canadian channels, in addition to the usual US ones, with the Shaw satellite service. We are very glad to have enjoyed the luxury of 1600 square feet for just the two of us, but larger groups would also be pleased, we are sure.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, tourists without a car, girls getaway.

When you first called and mentioned to me that it had been a long time since you had visited Puerto Vallarta, I didn't quite know how to explain the changes that had happened in the past decade since we were here for most of that decade and when you are in the middle of all the changes you don't really notice them as much as when you are away from it. I'm glad that you are please with the changes to the point that you would book to return next year. I am also very glad that you loved our suite and appreciated all of the details that we payed so much attention to. Since we rented condos ourselves in the past, it was very important to us to make sure that our guests would be very comfortable and have all the things they could possibly need to make their vacation the best it could be. When our guests tell us that they will be returning, it basically lets us know that we have done things correctly. We look forward to your return to Puerto Vallarta next year.   Look no further. This Condo is smack in the middle of everything. There are no hills! Just steps away from the beach, shopping, restaurants and clubs. The amenities were top notch and the staff were very friendly, attentive, and helpful. Our only disappointment was that we had to leave the beds behind... they were so comfortable. Thank you Steve and Peter we enjoyed out stay and will return.

  5 of 5 Fabulous location and Penthouse in PVR! A Pleasure to stay here! I really enjoyed this condo at Rivera Molino. It was comfortable yet elegant with all the comforts of home including great beds and linens, everything was new and clean and great. We can't wait to return soon! The location is perfect for getting out and about and visiting some of the best restaurants in town.   Our first stay but definitely not the last! We so enjoyed our vacation in this lovely penthouse that we really want to come back. Large, bright, and beautifully furnished condo with very well equipped kitchen and amazing view of old Vallarta. Close to everything old town has to offer like great restaurants, nightlife, and beaches! We enjoyed using the modern gym that was right at the doorstep. If cancellations are made before the 60 day or 120 day policy, we will return your deposit less 20% administration fee. For cancellation of less than 60 day notice for In and Low season or less than 120 day notice for Peak Season, you will not receive any refund. You are allowed an average of 35 Kilowatts per day, anything above will be charged at $0.50 US.
