Ariel Dunes were built in 2007 with all the modern amenities,9 foot ceilings, stainless steel appliances, large garden tub in masterbath with seperate shower. The master bed room has a king size bed with sliding glass door so you can enjoy your beach view in bed or open the door and listen to waves crash on the white sandy beaches of miramar. This 1175 sq ft condo has fully equiped kitchen,washer and dryer ,color tv with internet connection,dinning and living room area .the 2nd bedroom has a double bed with ajoining bathroom that has a tub shower combination with vanity.ceiling fans are in each room along with color tvs. our condo has a nautical flare that gives you that feeling you really are at the beach.thanks and enjoy Dave and Sue
