About Sunnynook Cottage.
Located on the western side of Deer Isle, Maine in the heart of Penobscot Bay, Sunnynook Cottage was built by Edward Southworth in 1924. Over the years the cottage has been renovated extensively and now includes the following features and amenities.

* Four bedrooms, two with double beds, one with a three-quarter bed and bunk beds, and one with a single bed
* Double-size futon downstairs
* Pets OK; when dogs are outside they must be tied up
* Includes the use of a two-person sea kayak
