  Overall the condo, the complex, the location were all great. Easy walk down a big stair case to beach. Owner phoned to provide info and make sure everything was okay - very easy communication.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children.

  This is a wonderful vacation home for the family to enjoy! The amazing kitchen is perfect for cooking at home and saving money by not eating out every day. The complex is perfect for a relaxing walk, swim or tennis. The house is a very short, scenic walk to the beach. The beach is never that crowded since the stairs lead directly to the complex. It was a little noisy duirng our stay due to temporary construction. But other then that, everything was perfect. Thanks again!

  My husband and I decided that we would take ALL four of our children on a road trip this Spring Break from Vancouver, WA to Encinitas, CA. We searched and searched for the perfect place to invade for a week, and we stumbled upon this lovely townhouse in Seabluff. It looked beautiful from the photos and the proximity to the ocean was just what we were looking for. CLOSE!!!! Upon our arrival our expectations were far surpassed. This was an absolutely lovely home with anything and everything you could imagine in it. The kitchen was a little heaven all in itself. The furniture was cozy and clean, the bedrooms were clean and there was ample space for all 6 of us.( and plenty of bathrooms too) There is a pool literally right out of the front door and then another pool just a bit down the drive way. We used that one because it was heated and included a hot tub. We swam at the pool and then came home for a wonderful bbq every night. I really can't express how much we really enjoyed the house and our stay. The property owner was more than curtious and very concerned with our happiness and comfort. This is a great choice for a romantic stay or a larger family vacation. We will definitely stay again and recommend it to our friends.

  We recently enjoyed a week at this lovely home away from home. The location is ideal for the beach and the popular parks in the area--Legoland, Sea World, the zoo, etc., and San Diego. The home was just as described and the grounds are beautiful with security an added bonus. Highly recommended for families as we had three generations who were all comfortable. Garth called to see that we arrived and had everything we needed. Thank you Garth and Sally.

  We recently stayed at this beautiful condo and loved every part of it. The Lee's are easy to work with and very accomodating. The home is filled with beautiful antiques and lots of fun things to look at. It is comfortable and has a nice lay out. We were there with our three kids and they enjoed having there own little world downstairs. We highly recommend the unit. Thank you Garth and Sally !!!!

  This is an ideal vacation rental property in a great community, with easy beach access, all the amenities, nearby shopping and activities, responsive owners, and plenty of room for the whole family. The townhouse was exactly as described and the owner was always available by phone, like when we couldn't get garage door code to work (we were off by 1 digit). We called a few times with questions and the owner always answered. The neighbors were helpful and friendly too. It is literally a 2 minute walk to the beach through the private community; the beach is a hotspot for surfing, which also made the boogie boarding great. Just note the tide times at the gate because there is not much beach at high tide, but you can just walk along the beach for 5 minutes to reach a larger public beach. We also enjoyed the two pools and Jacuzzi at the property (we don't get why kids would rather go to the pool than the beach, but sometimes they do). The house is beautiful with modern appliances and everything you need. We saved a lot of $ by cooking at the house instead of going out, and there were plenty of supplies and utensils. The big screen TV with DirecTV made for nice relaxation after a day at the beach or LEGOLAND. We would definitely recommend this property to our friends and family! What a find.
