La VIGNE is a detatched property and has been carefully and beautifully renovated and restored. Incorporating the original stone walls, exposed beams, with logburner for winter lets and air conditioning for those hot summer nights. There is a large double bed /studio room on the ground floor, and a twin or triple bedded mezanine level. The studio room has a kitchen area with oven, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. There is gas fired central heating for out of season lets and a shower room/w.c. with an efficient shower and plenty of hot water. Outside there is a beautiful and private vine covered patio area with superb views and furniture for five people and B.B.Q. facilities. La Vigne is located on a forty acre estate and has lovely views accross the valley. There is a shared swimming pool, tennis court, bikes, table tennis, play area and gym all on site and included in the rental price. All the linen and towels are provided for you.

Reservations of restaurants, canoeing or other trips can be made on your behalf whilst you enjoy your holiday whether it be total relaxation or playing tennis, golf, horse riding, swimming or, visiting the markets, bars and restaurants then this is the right location for you. There are other sleeping areas at an additional cost as there are six cottages

                  About the owner: Hi, we are Stephen and Becky Lea, we left the UK in 2006 for a new life in beautiful South West France in 2006. Since relocating we have built up a thriving holiday cottage business in the heart of the Perigord Noir region of the Dorodgne. We are extremely happy and love to welcome families, couples and single people into our holiday cottages all year round. Stephen was previously a farmer and Becky was previously in Customer Services and business. We chose Bouillatou for its beautiful location and the weather, we enjoy nice long summers, beautiful springtimes, ever changing colours of Autumn and pretty winters.

                  Why the Owner Chose Belves:
                  This area of the Dordogne is steeped in history and beauty. There are many bastide towns close by and many caves to explore with prehistoric cave paintings. The River Dordogne is a fabulous location to hire a canoe and kayak down the river taking photographs and enjoying picnics as you go.

                  The unique part of Bouillatou is that it is set in the heart of the tourist area however once you have had a busy day, we are in a small rural village set in forty acres so you can sit back and relax in the wonderful peaceful surroundings still utilising modern facilities. This location is superb for families, couples, single people, walkers, artists, authors and the like, there is something for everyone and our repeat reservations say it all, this is truly a little segment of paradise.
