You can't get any closer for golf with the 1st and 10th tee box right outside your door and ten other courses in the area. Minutes to the natural hot springs and a short drive away from two gorgeous lakes with fabulous beach areas: Lake Windermere and Columbia Lake. If you don't have a boat or watercraft you can rent them in Invermere. Tennis courts only steps away along with plenty of trails to hike, bike, quad or go horseback riding. Float, tube, fish, canoe or kayak down the Columbia River. Great tenants in the basement with there own private entrance..

Thank you so much for letting us use your comfortable home in this beautiful mountain setting. The beds were comfortable and we were not lacking for amenities. This is a great central location. We golfed 6 days in a row with nearly perfect weather. We did encounter a few rainy (hail) holes at Copper Pointe yesterday but peservered through 18 holes. We enjoyed the food and dining at the Hoodoo's, Tony's Greek Grill, Dappers landing next door, Eagle Ranch and our own favorite spot, Strands in Invermere We have seen wildlife galore, Moose,Eagles, Wild Turkeys and numerous Deer. The most precious was a mother and her twin fawns nearby. Still with their spots. Thanks for phoning and checking up on us Lorne. Our tee times were all at 12:30 so we enjoyed sleeping in, relaxing, reading and having our late afternoon happy hours. Connie loved the handy putting green and sand bunker for practicing. About the owner: We live in Calgary. This will be our retirement home! We can't get out here often enough. In this picture. My wife and I are standing on top of Mount Swanzi. It's a winding steep drive and then a 20 minute hike to the top. This is where the hang gliders take off from. We happened to be there at the time. Absolutely amazing to watch!
Why the Owner Chose Fairmont Hot Springs:
We bought here because we love the area so much. We used to camp in Fairmont and thought what a great place to retire. The golf, lakes and hot springs of course. The mountain views are incredible. The hiking and biking trails are phenomenal. There are so many incredible golf courses in the area.
