Accommodations:  Townhouse, 3 Bedrooms, 2.5+ Baths (Sleeps 6-8)

Comfortable, non-smoking, and conveniently located townhouse in the heart of Dewey Beach is just one-and-one-half block walk to the beach and a half block walk to the bay. Upstairs, there is a master bedroom with a queen-size bed and its own full bath, two other bedrooms with two twin beds in each that share a full bath. Downstairs there is a pull-out futon that sleeps two. Also downstairs is a full kitchen, living room, dining room, and a powder room. On the back deck you will find , an outside shower, and both a gas and charcoal grill. The unit also features a small deck off of the master bedroom and a front screened-in porch.

During the summer, arrive at 5 PM on Sunday, park your car, and that is it. You really do not have to get into your car for the rest of the week until your departure at 5 PM on Friday. Everything you could need is just a short walk away; restaurants, eateries, shopping, water sports, or just a peaceful walk on the beach.

SAVE MONEY! ENJOY THE WEEK! AVOID THE WEEKEND CROWDS! During the summer we only rent from 5 PM on Sunday to 5 PM on Friday. During the rest of the year we are more flexible and will rent daily or weekly.

We are located a half block walk from the Jolly Trolley that will take you to nearby Rehoboth Beach (one mile away). There you can find great restaurants, shopping, and plenty of entertainment for the entire family. Also down the road on Route 1 you will find great outlet shopping, restaurants, movies, rides, miniature golf, go carts, and fresh produce markets.
