Location-Location-Location, we are part of a secluded 12 unit condominium, the only one on Charley Young Beach, considered by locals to be the finest beach on Maui! You will be able to see year-round sunsets from our lanai and spend your days relaxing on the lanai or beach with the sunsets, cool drinks and sand between your toes!
Our upstairs master bedroom has a king size bed and bathroom with a view of the ocean seen through two floors of floor-to-ceiling windows. The second bedroom has two twin beds that can be converted into a king and adjoining bath. All linens and towels are included.
Our kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with everything you could need. Full size washer & dryer are included as well as beach towels and beach chairs, everything to make your vacation as easy and relaxing as possible!
Kamaole One is a non-smoking property- that means inside and outside of the unit.
You will be only 25 minutes from Kahului Airport so you won't miss much of your beach and sun time!
This is our home and we desire renters that will appreciate the quiet and peace that surrounds this whole complex and will be considerate of our property and the other units/visitors.

My family and I have stayed in this unit multiple times over the years. We come back every year to enjoy the quiet, beachfront access and relaxing sunsets. The location is perfect for the beach (it's right off the grass), shopping and food are an easy walk. Hands down best place on Maui!

We highly recommend this beachfront condo unit on Maui Every winter, we stay in this unit for 4 weeks and enjoy the spectacular view of the beach and ocean right off of the lanai. Being able to walk right out to the beach is so convenient, and we are lucky to see whales when we typically stay in February. The property is bright, immaculate and very attractively decorated. The owner is extremely helpful and well organized, and our reservations are always handled very efficiently.

This property is beach front with a nice water entrance for children. It is clean and well-maintained and the owner is very helpful in answering questions and/or addressing concerns. There are restaurants, clothes shopping, grocery shopping, and equipment rental facilities within walking distance. I recommend this property.

We went again last Oct for 10 day's and throughly enjoyed our selfs, it was the most relaxing time. Waking up and looking right at the ocean is just wonderful. Everyday we went for long walks on the beach or sat out on the deck and watched the sunsets. All of the amenities were right on and each night we could walk to a different restaurant for dinner. We plan on booking for another ten days in either Sept/Oct 2011. Nick and Debbie

I have stayed in this unit multiple times and will continue to do so everytime I'm in Hawaii. This place is quiet and relaxing, the beach is right in the backyard and easy to get to. The location of this unit is perfect in that you have the beach right off the grass and also within walking distance of shopping and food. I would recommend this place to anyone that wants to relax and enjoy Hawaii the right way.
