Fiquei no imóvel durante o Carnaval de 2013. A negociação com o proprietário transcorreu melhor do que o esperado: atencioso e sempre disposto a resolver os empecilhos surgidos, conseguimos fechar tudo com antecedência e de forma amigável. O apartamento, em si, é maravilhoso. As fotos reproduzem fielmente o imóvel: espaços amplos, equipamentos eletrônicos em perfeito funcionamento e farta infra-estrutura. O imóvel estava em perfeitas condições de limpeza e a faxineira indicada pelo proprietário foi muito eficiente em deixá-lo assim. Quanto à localização, não é necessário tecer grandes comentários: o apartamento é localizado no coração de Copacabana: perto de tudo, restaurantes, bares, praias. Ou seja, simplesmente incrível.
