Fully-equipped kitchen with open bar to great room area. This open floor plan lends itself to relaxation and fellowship with families and friends.

The pics of the pool area are very misleading. This is an above-ground pool with a deck built around the pool. Several of the deck boards were rotten and not securely nailed down. The pool top rails were missing several cap ends that exposed the metal rails. Possible hazard for young kids. Not a place you would want to stay if you expect to enjoy your pool area. My family and I stayed at this home over labor day weekend 2011. The home is in a great location and the beach access is very close and convenient. All the restaurants and shopping are also very close and easy to get to. The home is all on one floor making it very easy to unpack and access all the bedrooms, especially if you have a lot of children's items or someone with special needs. This area of Hilton Head has the largest and most beautiful trees I have ever seen. It is like being in a forest and at the beach at the same time. We are all looking forward to visiting Hilton Head again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children, people with disabilities.

This was a great house for our family! We went with my parents and my brother's family. So we had 3 families there with 4 young children. It was great to have the house all on one level for my parents and the kids. We were close to everything in HHI and had a great time. The location is perfect. We were able to ride bikes to Coligny Plaza, on the beach, and anywhere we wanted to go. We would definitely stay there again! The owner was very helpful when we were trying to decide where to stay. She was a great help. I would highly recommend the Southern Belle of the HHI!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, tourists without a car, people with disabilities.

Great house with floor plan good for mulitple families. Nicely decorated with easy access to the beach. Wonderful backyard with pool and hot tub. As an only child my husband enjoyed Hilton Head Island as a child with his parents and wanted to invest in property located here.

We like to spend the daytime enjoying the beach and biking the many bike paths around the island.
