Deer Park Resort is located in Lincoln, New Hampshire, Exit 32 off Route 93 at the start of the Kancamagus Highway (rated as one of America's most scenic drives by AAA). The resort is just a two-hour drive from Boston and three-and-one-half hours from New London or Bridgeport Conn. Skiing is five minutes away at Loon Mountain with FREE shuttle service during the ski season. There are three other major ski mountains (Cannon, Bretton Woods, and Waterville Valley) within 15-30 minutes from the front door.
The area surrounding the resort has many family activities and attractions including: The Hobo Railroad, Clark's Trading Post, Whale's Tale Water Park, Lost River Gorge, Boulder Caves, Echo Lake, Flume Gorge, Santa's Village, Storyland, gondola rides, hiking trails, horseback riding, snowmobile and ATV trails and rentals, fishing, rock climbing, and golf courses. Squam and Winnipesaukee Lakes are both within a one-half-hour drive.
Bring your family and friends to enjoy a stay in our clean and nicely decorated, first-floor, corner unit with private river and wooded views. Our condominium has a large master bedroom with a full private bath, as well as a large second bedroom with double and twin beds with the second full bath just across the hall. The condominium has a private lockable ski storage closet by the front door and a washer and dryer to handle all laundry needs.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size oven, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, and all cooking utensils, plus a dishwasher to make cleanup a breeze. The kitchen opens into the dining area with a large bow window looking out onto a wooded area and the Pemigewasset River, while the living room features a 32-inch NEW color TV with cable hookup,high-speed internet(wireless and hardwire) ,VCR,and DVD player. The living room also has a gas fireplace, sleep sofa, and sliding glass doors that open up to a private backyard area. With a short walk to the river, you will find good fishing spots, hiking trails, picnic tables, and barbecues for your enjoyment.
The resort's clubhouse offers video rentals, a game room, billiards, large indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, fully-equipped exercise room, racquetball, and locker rooms with showers. Outdoor activities at the resort include ice skating, tennis, basketball, a five-acre, spring-fed lake for boating and a beach for swimming.
Nearby in Lincoln and North Woodstock you have excellent shopping with grocery stores and great restaurants all less than five minutes away. There are many outlet malls, either the ones in North Conway which are just a short ride over the Kancamagus Highway with breathtaking scenery along the way or in Tilton heading south on 93 - all within 30-40-minute drive.
So... summer, winter, spring, or fall, this area has many activities and opportunities to offer. Whether you are seeking a place to just lay back and relax or keep busy all day long, you will have no problem satisfying your vacation needs at the Deer Park Resort. FAMILY GET-TOGETHER !! My mom and dad have treated my family and my 5 siblings and their families to a get-together here at Deer Park for a long weekend for 7 years. We really enjoy coming here and spending time together. Lots of fun and laughs and eating are what our weekends here are all about. We look forward to it every year. Thanks!!

BEST VACATION !! Your home is so very welcoming- very homey! We love the sound of the falls! We've been coming to NH for the past 4 years and this is by far the NICEST condo we've rented. Unfortunately the pool and hot tub were broken, but then we found out we could use the spa facilities at Loon Mtn Club-very, very nice. Deer Park Resort had worked out an arrangement with Loon and we were thrilled. That made our son's day!! Nothing beats sipping a glass of wine by the falls or drinking a cup of tea by the fire on a chilly morning. We will definitely be back next year.

Another fabulous vacation at Deer Park ! There were 45plus family members here this year! Great time was had at Clarks and Storyland-and can't forget Whale's Tale. Thanks for everything-can't wait to come back for fall foliage.

We had a great time. Thank you for letting us use your home. Highlights: Clarks TP-great for kids. Fishing in the river in the backyard-EXCELLENT! Lots of brook trout-we got a fishing license at WalMart in Littleton ( 20 min north) Also a great fishing store in N. Woodstock. He has all you need . Bike riding around here was great. Our all time favorite was Alpine Adventures- 6 wheel mountain mud tour at $34 per person, 1 1/2 hours up extreme terrain- A BLAST !! Great guides, my boys loved it. It was a great vacation-- adventure packed and also relaxing. Thanks again.

What a great part of NH! We had a blast spending the week at the lake, pool and visiting the sites in the area. StoryLand and Clarks were loved by our 3 year old. Breakfast at Polly's Pancake Parlor and a drive to Sugar Hill Sampler was great one day, as well as dinner at Gordi's and Truant's Tavern. Both very kid-friendly. There is still so much to see and we will be back. This is a relaxing and great spot in New England. Thanks so much!

After weeks and weeks and weeks of rain and very cool temps in New England, we were blessed with clear skies, no winds and temps near 90 degrees! With such perfect weather, we found ourselves with loads of energy to tackle The Flume, Falling Waters Trail, Basin Cascade Trail, Cannon Mtn., Loon Mtn and the Glacial caves, Polar Caves and Lost River Gorge---a wonderful holiday weekend. Your home was a wonderful base to return to each night with all its comforts---we hope to return soon! Thank you for such a wonderful visit!
