Deer Park Resort is located in Lincoln, New Hampshire, Exit 32 off Route 93 at the start of the Kancamagus Highway (rated as one of America's most scenic drives by AAA). The resort is just a two-hour drive from Boston and three-and-one-half hours from New London or Bridgeport Conn. Skiing is five minutes away at Loon Mountain with FREE shuttle service during the ski season. There are three other major ski mountains (Cannon, Bretton Woods, and Waterville Valley) within 15-30 minutes from the front door.
The area surrounding the resort has many family activities and attractions including: The Hobo Railroad, Clark's Trading Post, Whale's Tale Water Park, Lost River Gorge, Boulder Caves, Echo Lake, Flume Gorge, Santa's Village, Storyland, gondola rides, hiking trails, horseback riding, snowmobile and ATV trails and rentals, fishing, rock climbing, and golf courses. Squam and Winnipesaukee Lakes are both within a one-half-hour drive.
Bring your family and friends to enjoy a stay in our clean and nicely decorated, first-floor, corner unit with private river and wooded views. Our condominium has a large master bedroom with a full private bath, as well as a large second bedroom with double and twin beds with the second full bath just across the hall. The condominium has a private lockable ski storage closet by the front door and a washer and dryer to handle all laundry needs.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size oven, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, and all cooking utensils, plus a dishwasher to make cleanup a breeze. The kitchen opens into the dining area with a large bow window looking out onto a wooded area and the Pemigewasset River, while the living room features a 32-inch NEW color TV with cable hookup,high-speed internet(wireless and hardwire) ,VCR,and DVD player. The living room also has a gas fireplace, sleep sofa, and sliding glass doors that open up to a private backyard area. With a short walk to the river, you will find good fishing spots, hiking trails, picnic tables, and barbecues for your enjoyment.
The resort's clubhouse offers video rentals, a game room, billiards, large indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, fully-equipped exercise room, racquetball, and locker rooms with showers. Outdoor activities at the resort include ice skating, tennis, basketball, a five-acre, spring-fed lake for boating and a beach for swimming.
Nearby in Lincoln and North Woodstock you have excellent shopping with grocery stores and great restaurants all less than five minutes away. There are many outlet malls, either the ones in North Conway which are just a short ride over the Kancamagus Highway with breathtaking scenery along the way or in Tilton heading south on 93 - all within 30-40-minute drive.
So... summer, winter, spring, or fall, this area has many activities and opportunities to offer. Whether you are seeking a place to just lay back and relax or keep busy all day long, you will have no problem satisfying your vacation needs at the Deer Park Resort. Thank you so much for a wonderful time. It was so nice to get away from reality for a few days.Shared an amzing time with truly amazing people. We really enjoyed zip-lining with Alpine Adventures. Highly recommend this, well worth the money.We all had fun swimming in the river by the waterfall.We can say we survived the aftermath of Hurricane Irene. Even with roads closed down, we found plenty to do right here in Lincoln and N. Woodstock. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us. we hope to return soon. Best regards.

Had a great week, facilities and condo excellent. Plenty to keep the boys busy on-site and many places to visit and hikes to do. Enjoyed every minute and the new experience of WallyBall and Raquet Ball. Everyone pleasant and helpful, alovely place to be.

Had a wonderful time this week! We went to Clark's trading Post and had a great time at Whale's Tale twice! We swam to the dock and shark rock. We practiced our diving. Spent lots of money at the candy store. Went to Loon Mountain and Ziplined , rode the gondola up the mountain, went in the caves, rock-climbed and bungee jumped. We had a great time at the lake and the pool. We played ping pong! We rented the movies Tooth Fairy and Despicable Me. Look forward to coming back next year. PS. Thanks so much for sharing your home with us. We had such a great time. We'll be back again, maybe next year.Our girls , Nicole (13) and Alysse (5 1/2) very much enjoyed the lake and the pool. Went to to top of Mt. washington, Lost River Gorge and Clark's Trading Post. So much to do, so little time and actually had fun relaxing.

We enjoyed flapjacks at Flapjacks and pancakes at Polly's Pancakes at Sugar Hill(mmmm cornbread and coconut) The fish were not biting but we enjoyed fishing the river anyway. We celebrated our 9th wedding anniversary here and got fantastic steaks at Wayne's Market. This was a great place to stay. Thank you.

It was great. Nice and quiet and lots of room. Also great location. We are very familiar with the location. Hopefully, we can do this again next year. It was just what I needed.
