About this property

Best bang for your buck!! This perfect get-a-way offers 2 bedrooms, full and half bath. Main floor features powder room, kitchen, dining area and sunken living room that opens to a small patio with charcoal grill and seating area. Spiral staircase leads to the second floor where both bedrooms are located. They share a toilet and shower but each have their own sink. Rear bedroom has a small deck with distant ocean views. Laundry is also on this floor. One block to the beach. No town taxes! No smoking.

Nice place close to the beach

This is the second time we have stayed at here. I like it best because you can park and walk to down town or the beach. We also liked the new kitchen countertops!

Girls September 2021 vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the locations for getting to beach. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking and preparing meals. Some of the things none of us like compared to other sea pines condo we rented last year was furniture in living room was not very comfortable, especially the sofa, very uncomfortable. One bedroom upstairs had two twin beds as oppose to condo around corner, had two double beds in that same room which was very nice. Usage of pool was a plus. The place around the corner was much more comfortable but this place was so much closer to beach. We will definitely consider this place next year but would be better for owners to get a new sofa and change twin beds to double. I an sure this would increase your rentals hands down.
