  Just wanted to thank you for the opportunity to stay at your place..It was perfect! We loved everything about the unit, especially the extra large deck with the fabulous sitting area...Also, it was incredible to sit on the deck and watch the dolphins/surfers...Something we could never do at home...Thanks too for the nice welcome basket..What a treat! Both, Glenn and I agree that the bed was probably the most comfortable bed we have slept in.. All in all it was a great stay one in which none of us were quite ready to leave.. As a matter of fact, we had plans to venture out to sight see but found ourselves most comfortable at the condo, so really only ventured out 1-2 days all week. If all VRBO stays are this amazing, we'll be hooked! Thanks for a great introduction into the VRBO family..With much appreciation

  Our family loved every minute of our stay in this amazing condo! Our favorite part was the view from the living area, materbedroom, and huge deck. We loved using the binoculars to watch for dolphins and the surfers. The condo is so beautifully furnished, and the kitchen had a lot of extras which was very helpful. The basket of goodies waiting for us was a very nice touch, and there was a folder with a lot of useful local information, particularly restaurant info. Having use of all of the beach toys, boogie boards, etc was great...our son puts lots of miles on the boogie boards as the waves were perfect for boogie boarding when we were there. The condo is within short walking distance to several restaurants and shops in Solana Beach, and a longer walk to the shops/restuarants in Del Mar. Walking down the stairs to the beach from the condo/bluff took about 10 minutes which was very doable, although it seemed longer when hauling all of beach equipment down at the beginning and end of our beach time. Our visit was during a particularly hot week in San Diego, but the ceiling fan in the masterbedroom and the ocean breezes coming in through the doors and windows kept us cool and happy! We thouroughly enjoyed our stay and hope that we will be able to make a return visit soon!!

  Was up to date with very modern features you would want at your own home. Had all the ammenities you needed and especially enjoyed the views and sounds of the ocean and beach right outside your balcony. Facility was perfect for a home base to enjoy sightseeing and the surrounding areas during holiday. You could dine in, barbecue or go to a great abundance of resturants within a very short distance. Lots to see and do all within walking distance. Condo complex was clean, queit and a perfect place to enjoy a very relaxing and enjoyable vacation. I would not hesitate to go back and carry on from where I left off. Peace & relaxation!

  This is a beautiful Condo right on the beach. The photos just don't do it justice! Lisa was incredibly thoughtful leaving a great folder of information for us. We stayed over Thanksgiving and were able to make a full homecooked dinner and enjoy it in amazingly comfortable surroundings. The condo is decorated beautifully and has every convenience of home (plus some). The view is breathtaking- we saw dolphins playing in the ocean daily and surfers were great entertainment. Sunsets were breathtaking. All the restaurants we visited were phenomenal- though it was actually hard to leave the incredible kitchen! This condo is within 2 minutes of beach, coffee and CVS, a 5 minute walk to cafes, fun restaurants, the train , and the Cedros district. antiquing and shops. The drive to SanDiego was only 20-25 minutes and we never hit traffic. We didn't want to leave and hope to visit again soon. I would give 10 stars if it was an option!

  Incredible, magnificent and breathtaking are only a few words to describe this most unbelievable rental property. It was everything as described and more. My daughter and I made some incredible memories here. The unit was superb and clean. The play park with ocean views just walking distance away, as well as restaurants. The interstate is only about 5 minutes drive away and convenient shopping within minutes. It was very close to all the attractions that were important to me. Legoland, Sea World, Hotel del Coronado. The landlord was super helpful and very thoughtful with their welcome package. My daughter loved the goldfish. Thanks for the memories Cheryl and Mackenzie

  This was our first trip to California and Solana Beach area, so we took a chance on this waterfront condo. What a great move. The owner was accommodating and the unit itself provided everything we needed including a bbq so we could grill on the patio and relax on the porch and enjoy the veiw. It was truely a great location and beautiful condo. We loved all the info Lisa left in a holder for us. We tryed a few of her suggestions, from the eating places, too taking the Coaster train to downtown San Diego. It made eveything so easy for us. Everthing was wonderful.Thanks again.

  From the moment you walk thru the door of this rental you realize everything you could have imagined it to be - just became a reality. Amazing views, magestic sunsets and waves crashing on the shore inevitably soothes the soul. The unit is situated on a cliff that allows for privacy as well as gives the viewer the ability to watch the "sea life" as if you were part of it. The inside is no different. Marble, Travertine and Granite give this unit an amazing feel. It is immaculate with decorating touches that are crisp and modern. No expense was spared on the furnishings either, making every inch of this rental extremely comfortable. Thank you for the memories, can't wait to get back.

  Forget that the property is very well appointed...from the moment you enter you realize that renting this property was an afterthought... with it's marble flooring and custom cabinetry. But it's the therapuetic sounds of the ocean , which is positioned overlooking the Pacific on a 100' bluff, that warrants your staying here. The property looks and feels brand new and is extremely clean. It's very well maintained and is strategically located right next door to DelMar. Their is abundant restaurants to choose from and Solona Beach is only about a 20 minute drive from downtown San Diego. The owners couldn't have been any more accomodating offering up restaurant choices and advice as well as a wonderful and heartfelt welcome basket with local treats. I will definitely be staying here upon my next vacation to San Diego. You will not be disappointed.
