This is a wonderful place to enjoy everything that Seattle has to offer. Sightseeing in Seattle, getting to the ferries in downtown, exploring Queen Anne, renting a boat at the Elliot Bay Marina, visiting the locks, walking Discovery Park with spectacular scenery, everything is feasible from this address. There is a bus, that stops 1 street up, that takes you downtown. The apartment is beautiful, very well equipped and has so many great amenities. It lacks nothing. The location is fantastic with spectacular views, we sat on deck in super comfortable furniture, along a warming fireplace and watched the ferries, the container ships, the bald head eagles and so much more. The owner was very helpful and is a local, who knows all the great places. I would highly recommend this apartment to my friends and relatives.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

My wife and myself and another coupel stayed at this location in September. After finding the unit, we discovered that it's hidden beauty was everywhere. Very secluded from the surroundiung area and yet had views of the the ocean from the expansive deck. Many nights were spent enjoying the outdoors sitting next to the gas fire pit. For the adventurous, it was within walking distance or minimum fare cab ride to downtown Seattle, the Space Needle or Queen Anne itself. A very historical area with many stairs to discover. The interior was very well built with TV's in every room, and a kitchen that any chef would feel at home in. The upgrades were numerous and the layout worked well for (2) couples. I would definately stay at this location again, as the owner was very helpful, and loved to show off his city. KUDOS!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.
