  We had a wonderful vacation at this unit. It was clean and well kept. The owners were very nice and provided us with their personal number In case we needed antything. I would definitely rent this place again!

  My family and I just recently stayed at this unit and was our first time to Sea Grove Beach.The owner provided great customer service and the unit was very clean and well maintained. Also, the beach was nice and less crowded than Panama or Destin. However, my family and I were disappointed in a few things.. This unit does not have any views of the ocean or beach like we had hoped for. We did not mind the walk to the beach, but hated having to drive everyday 30-45 minutes to Panama or Destin, just to go somewhere to eat,shop,and for entertainment.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with young children, pet owners.

  This is an excellent place to stay. The owner was great to deal with and the place was perfect. Loved the fact that we could walk out the door and the pool was right there. Just a short walk to the beautiful beaches. I would highly reccommend this place to others. I loved the fact that it was a short distance to Destin or Panama City for restuarants and grocery stores. As well as activities to do with the kids.

  We recently enjoyed a terrific week at this condo. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The location is convenient to the beach, pool, nearby towns and cities. The complex is friendly, well-kept and quiet. It was perfect for us and our three small children. Being on the ground floor was nice and we were on the beach or at the pool in minutes or less. The Publix grocery store is close for the quick pick ups and plenty of activities nearby for people of every age. The owner was helpful and responded quickly to our questions regarding booking. Having the full, well stocked kitchen and washer and dryer made this an easy vacation with the kids. I would highly recommend this condo to others and would love to come stay again soon. Thank you!

  Quiet complex, great for the family. Not a lot of traffic, and if you want to go to Destin or Panama City it is not a far drive. My boys rode their bikes around this area without problems. The unit is a good size for 2 adults and 2-3 kids. Its a short walk to the Beach and even closer to one of the pools in the complex. Bike trails are close by that go along 30A. We have stayed in this unit and some other larger units in this complex.
