We had a great week staying in this property. We have a family of 5... and that is probably the max number you can sleep here comfortably (kids age 16, 14, 11). Overall, it was very clean and was at a great location on Marco Island. Marco Island is a VERY laid back and slower moving area. We often left and went to Naples for dinner and entertainment. The beach here is really nice... has to be 600-700 yards from the hotel to water (as deep a beach as any where we have ever stayed). Beautiful white sand and the beach is private (access only for people staying in a beach front property where we were). Public beach was much farther down the beach from us (and was more crowded). Laundry room was almost right across the hall from this condo, so that was very convenient.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.

I have vacationed in Marco since 1972. We have owned and stayed in dozens of properties and love the South Seas complex. South Seas is a 55 acre gated community, beautifully landscaped with access to tennis, boat wells, fitness center, library and social room. The beach, pool and sunset views of the condo are amazing!
