‘Sunrise At Reunion’ is a luxurious golf front vacation home located within the prestigious Reunion Resort. It was furnished by a professional custom designer and boasts uninterrupted panoramic views over the Tom Watson course and conservation area. It offers 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms between the main villa and separate 1 bedroom apartment making it ideal for groups wishing to spend quality time together. Sunrise occupies an enviable location within Reunion and is walking distance (0.6 miles) to the resort facilities and nearby shops. Sunrise is a peaceful retreat yet is conveniently located for all Orlando's attractions.

The main house has an open plan living/dining/kitchen area

Mstr 2 - queen bed, overlooking private courtyard and pool. Ensuite with shower cubicle, w/c, sink and Jack and Jill doors into living area.
Upstairs
Mstr 1 - king bed, direct access to balcony overlooking golf course. Ensuite with double sink, shower cubicle, w/c room, corner tub.
Twin bedroom - 2 single beds, overlooking private courtyard and pool. Ensuite with bath/shower, w/c, sink.
Separate area with both a washer and a dryer.
Separate area with desk which can be used for internet access (guest to use own laptop)
Carriage House Apartment (Above Double Garage)
The apartment has an open plan living area and kitchenette/dining area, plus a separate bedroom and ensuite with Jack and Jill doors into living area.
Living area - sofa bed offering additional accommodation for 2, arm chair, plasma TV
Dining/Kitchenette area – dining table/chairs for 4 people, small fridge, microwave and other conveniences such as kettle/toaster.
Queen Bedroom with en-suite with bath/shower, w/c, sink and Jack and Jill doors into living area.
Outside
The living and dining areas each have a door opening onto a large patio area. A large patio dining table, six chairs and a small table are provided.
The upstairs balcony has two patio chairs with footstools and a small coffee table
Both the patio and balcony offer panoramic views over the Tom Watson golf course and the conservation area beyond. Early birds will enjoy the magnificent sunrise views before making their way to the private pool courtyard situated between the main house and carriage apartment.
The pool area is in the sun all day, but also provides some areas of shade as the sun moves throughout the day so there is always a spot to gain some respite from the heat. This area has attractive landscaping, a deck area and sun loungers to enjoy the Florida sunshine. There is also a poolside w/c for convenience. The pool itself is shaped and also has a Jacuzzi area. Pool heating can be provided at additional cost.
Other
The accommodation is fully air-conditioned and the doors accessing the pool are fitted with child safety alarms.
A cot (guests to use own linen) and high chair can be made available on request at no extra charge.
Towels are provided, along with cleaning on departure. Additional mid-stay cleans can be organised in advance at an additional cost.
Please note Guests staying at Sunrise at Reunion may make use of the onsite resort pools, playparks, restaurants and spa but our villa does not have access to the onsite Golf Courses, Waterpark or Tennis. Alternative facilities can be found within a short drive of the villa.

Reunion Resort is one of Orlando’s premier gated resort communities. It is an oasis of calm and tranquility surrounded by beautiful landscaping and attractive homes but is in close proximity to an abundance of amenities and activities for guests to enjoy. Orlando International Airport is only 23 miles away.
Sunrise occupies an enviable location within Reunion Resort and is situated within a short walk of the Restaurants, Spa, Children’s Play Park, Seven Eagles Pool Pavilion and Eleven, the Rooftop Lounge and Pool where you can enjoy views of the Disney Fireworks. Reunion is conveniently located for Orlando’s premier Theme Parks and Water Parks. It is just 6 miles from Walt Disney World®, 12 miles from SeaWorld®, and 14 miles from Universal Studios®. Please note Sunrise does not have access to the Water Park within Reunion Resort.
The beautiful town of Celebration is only a ten minute drive away offering a variety of restaurants, bars and shops, as well as a beautiful lake with walking and cycling trails.
Downtown Disney and Universal Boardwalk are a short drive away with a variety of bars/restaurants and shops and entertainment options.
Highway 192 is minutes away offering a host of dining and shopping experiences.
The Premium Outlets are a short drive away and include Nike, Timberland, Ralph Lauren to name a few, as well as a variety of restaurants.
Cocoa, Daytona and other East Coast Beaches are approximately a 80 minute drive away, while Clearwater, St Pete' and other West Coast Beaches are approximately 90 minutes drive away.
Adjacent to the resort are a number of golf courses including Champion’s Gate with its two Greg Norman designed championship golf courses and David Leadbetter Golf academy.

Sunrise at Reunion is an amazing property that is well-cared for and beautifully decorated. A great escape from all of the theme parks yet location could not be more perfect. Only minutes to Disney property. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Orlando.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

My husband, 12 and 9 year old kids and I just returned from Sunrise at Reunion where we enjoyed a wonderful family vacation. The kids had so much fun in the private pool that we didn't even visit the other pools available in the resort. The home was well appointed and loaded with conveniences for families. We were able to pack less because there was a washer/dryer. The kitchen was equipped with many pots, pans and utensils which was great because we were able to save some money by preparing some meals at the house. We were able to keep up our workouts by using the jogging trails in Reunion. My in-laws came from another part of Florida and stayed in the carriage house for one night and loved the option of having some privacy from the rest of the family. The views from the two balconies were so nice and I enjoyed relaxing out there with coffee in the mornings. The owners have put together binders full of brochures of area attractions and suggestions for nearby dining and they were very pleasant to deal with. It truly felt like we were staying in a home.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

After researching places to stay for our first trip together with our daughter's new husband and his family, as well as ours, we decided Sunrise was the perfect place. Having the "in-laws" quarters as a separate area over the garage worked out perfectly as planned. The home is beautifully decorated and maintained and had everything we were looking for. Reunion is a lovely setting and it's the perfect distance from Disney and other attractions. The only disappoint in the trip was the unusually cold weather, but the accomodations made up for it.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

About the owner: We are a married couple from Scotland with two young sons. We run a recruitment business together. All generations of our family enjoy vacations at our beautiful home in Reunion.
Why the Owner Chose Reunion:
We wanted a luxury home from home close to all the attractions for the children but with a bit of peace and tranquility for mum and dad too. We also wanted somewhere that all generations of our family could enjoy and Reunion Resort ticked all the boxes. Our own parents who are retired regularly visit the house too and love Reunion Resort and all the things for them to do in the surrounding area. It really has something for everyone. The onsite restaurants, spa, playpark and resort pool were a big draw and we chose our house because it is walking distance to these facilities. Also uniquely for Florida we have access to a supermarket, pharmacy, takeaway food, a gas station and hair/nail salon all within walking distance. Reunion just has a feel of being that little bit special. It has well manicured lawns, well maintained buildings and just feels really open and peaceful. You would never know how close you are to all the attractions Orlando has to offer.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa:
Ours really is a family home and we take pride in maintaining it to a high standard. Between us and our close family members we regularly visit the property and keep an eye on everything. We only accept a relatively low level of bookings to minimise wear and tear and we have an excellent property manager who looks after everything for us and deals with any guest queries when we are not there.
The house is furnished to a very high standard and we had a lot of input with the interior designer to making it bright and contemporary.
The layout of the house is great for large groups getting together. The layout with the main house plus carriage apartment allows famillies to spend quality time while still having their own space. Our parents stay in the carriage apartment when we visit and the kids love 'visiting' them!
We have our own young children so we have stair gates, travel cot, high chair making it child friendly.
The views of the golf course are spectacular and sitting out on the balcony or patio really is a treat. What's nice though is that the pool area is in a private courtyard between the two buildings. This gives complete privacy. The pool area is very sunny but always offers some shade.
