This Greenslake Cottage is a wonderful choice for your Kiawah vacation. A beautiful cottage with 2 queen beds which makes it a great option for two couples. The sunroom can be used as a '3rd bedroom' with a trundle bed that converts into 2 twin beds. This cottage sleeps 6 comfortably.
With hardwood floors and a renovated kitchen, this cottage will immediately feel like home. There are ceiling fans in each bedroom and the living room. Enjoy a grill and a deck overlooking Cougar Point Golf Course. Located conveniently in West Beach Village, this cottage is just a short walk to the beach and community pool.
This cottage is well stocked so you can relax and enjoy your vacation. There are even some DVDs for the family to enjoy after a fun day at the beach.

Community Pool!
This cottage allows you access to our community pool - just a short walk away. Pools are limited on Kiawah Island and are often restricted to guests staying through Kiawah Resort. Greenslake Cottages are one of the few places on Kiawah that you can rent directly from the owner with access to a pool. Our community pool is perfect for a cool dip after playing at the beach. It even has a baby pool!
Kiawah Island
Kiawah Island is a barrier island outside of Charleston, SC. This private island is unique as there is very limited commercial development. Kiawah Island has been closely managed to maximize the enjoyment of its residents and visitors while maintaining its natural beauty. Kiawah Island boasts over 10 miles of pristine beaches. Many visitors rent bikes and enjoy riding down the hard packed sand. Wildlife abounds and don't be surprised by the number of birds and alligators that make the lagoons home. 1204 Greenslake Cottage is a short walk and even shorter bike ride to the beach. We rarely walk back from the beach without a stop at our community pool.

The unit was clean and as advertised. Comfortable and quiet base to explore island, especially on rented bikes. A short walk to beach and pool. Golfing on island was too expensive but we found several reasonably priced courses within a 45 minute drive. Recommend tours of plantations and downtown Charleston. Patriots' Point, not so much.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

This is the 3rd year my family and I have visited Kiawah Island for a summer vacation. And every summer, we have stayed in a different place. This year, we chose this cottage and we couldn’t have been happier. The cottage is a on a quiet, tree lined street with a deck that looks out onto the golf course. Inside the cottage is open and warm. The kitchen is newly renovated and beautiful. The location of the cottage made it ideal for biking to the beach (about 3 minutes), walks for ice cream (5 minutes with a slow 6 year old in tow) and repeated trips by car to the restaurants and shops at the Freshfields village (less than 5 minutes with a heavy-footed driver). My wife’s only wish was for a blow dryer. We will be back next summer, with blow dryer in hand.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.
