“Living the Dream” is a lovely Caribbean inspired beach house located in the exclusive community of Terra Cotta Terrace. Directly across from the Gulf of Mexico. Living the Dream is just a few yards to the private clubhouse pool, beach volley ball court, and tennis courts. 2-3 minute walk to the pristine white sand beach.
This three story 3,500 sq feet beach home can sleep up to 16. The top floor king master suite has a private balcony , full bath with separate shower and Jacuzzi tub , and a large walk-in closet. The living room, dining room and kitchen overlook one another providing the ideal setting for family fun and entertainment. Outback there is a large furnished covered patio with BBQ. The perfect house for large family gatherings.

This house was all we could've asked for and more! The pictures do not do it justice and the sound system throughout the entire house was just the cherry on top! Would definitely stay here again and my friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The perfect house for a large group!Recommended for: Girls getaway.

My guests and I thoroughly enjoyed this home. My party consists of eight adults and we all have plenty of space; however, both kids and adults will enjoy. Located within walking distance from the beach and several resturants. The home had the only rooftop deck in the subdivision. We will definitely stay here again.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

5 out of 5 stars! Awesome place to stay! loved it so much!!! This was our first trip to the beach with our 3 yr old and 1 yr old! We were with my family and husband. Loved the entire space! Our stay at Terra Cotta Terrace was all that we hoped for and more. This home is centrally located and the top deck provides an unobstructed view of all of Destin. We were delighted by the immaculate cleanliness and charm of every room. The main floor patio is large with comfortable, cushioned chairs...excellent for early morning coffee and grilling out. The kitchen provided all of the amenities that were needed for any occasion: dinner in, etc. We enjoyed the home and location so much....a couple of evenings we cooked fresh seafood and ate in...enjoying the quiet, relaxing view from the top deck. For evenings that we ventured out...great restaurants and shopping were very close by. Just amazing! We definitively will contact Courtney again for future rentals....soon I hope :-}Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Terra Cotta Terrace was perfect for our family vacation. We all (3 families, 12 total) rendezvoused there for our spring vacation and not only was the house perfect for us but Destin was beautiful and relaxing. The deck on the roof was a perfect place to relax in the evening and the kitchen in the house was above and beyond my expectations for a vacation home. We had great weather so the whole family was at the beach everyday. The house had everything we needed and ended up being a great pick. Enjoy!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Our family has vacationed in this area a half a dozen times and this was our favorite home. The house has all the best amenities, wonderful views, and so close to the beach. A great value and awesome location! I would highly recommend staying at this beautiful home.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

My family and I came down from Ohio to Destin for the first time and had an amazing time. The home was amazing and the location perfect!! While I was a little worried that we were not directly on the beach before we got there. Once there I found out that it was so close it didnt matter, the beach was a 2 minute walk across the street! Everything in the home was new and super clean and the layout was perfect for the group. This is a place we plan to come back every year!Recommended for: Age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

This location was great and the house and views were super. The family really enjoyed our week in Destin, Fl. Lots to do for all ages and so close to the beautiful gulf. We will stay here again next visit.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.
