You can enjoy all the activities of our First Class Resort and then retreat to your own private oasis to relax in the luxury of your own condominium. You will have three large bedrooms, three private baths, spacious living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen with new appliances including a full-size washer and dryer. This condominium is new, beautiful, and comfortable just waiting for your enjoyment.
The views are spectacular and sunsets breathtaking from our balcony. We especially enjoy having our morning coffee on the balcony while watching the dolphins play. The balcony is a perfect place to spend a day in the sun or return after a long day and enjoy a gorgeous sunset.
The kitchen is completely furnished with new appliances, complete with dishware, glassware, cookware, and cooking utensils. The large living room has a wall of mirrors which brings the beautiful Gulf views right inside. The sofa sleeper provides a queen-size bed for extra sleeping space. The furniture is all new and a wall-of-glass doors opens directly to the balcony. On a rainy day, cable TV, VCR, DVD, and shelf stereo will keep you entertained in comfort.
The spacious master bedroom is beautifully decorated. It has a wall of windows overlooking the beach and sliding glass doors which open directly to the balcony and the gorgeous view. There is a king-size bed, comfortable chair for reading or watching TV. There is a private bath, walk-in closet, cable TV, and VCR.
There are two guest bedrooms, each have private baths, cable TV, radio, and a VCR. These large guest rooms are beautiful; one has two queen-size beds and the other has two double-size beds.
The beautiful dining room with decorative lighting, has seating for eight and a breakfast bar with four stools which will allow 12 people to dine comfortably.
While the resort and the beach offer all sorts of things to do, it is great to have your own "oasis" away from all the activities. You will enjoy the comfort of a tastefully decorated condominium, beautiful and comfortable furnishings, and everything you could ask for in a beach vacation condominium. The convenience of being on the fourth floor allows you to use the stairs or the elevator, a choice you do not have on the higher floors.
