Here it is, serenity on the water. Enjoy yourself next to the pool taking in the long water views. This three bedroom three bath home sits at the end of a quiet cul de sac and is just a short bike ride to the beach. The house has a very open floor plan with two latrge sitting areas for everyone to enjoy. The master bedroom features a king bed with beautifull lagoon views to wake up to. The second bedroom features two twin beds with a trunnel bed that also pulls out from one. This room also has a private bathroom. The third bedroom features two day beds. You can ride your bike to the beach, swim in the pool, or even shoot baskets on our basketball goal. Palmetto Dunes features an 11 mile lagoon system that you can kayak or fish in. There are also three world class 18 hole golf courses and tons of tennis courts. Centrally located on the island Palmetto Dunes is close to all the shopping and some of Hilton Heads best restaurants.

This home is in a great neighborhood. It is very quiet and a quick bike ride to the beach. Yet there are a ton of activities and supplies a short car ride away. There are tons of turtle's in the lagoon and a family of ducks wandering around the neighborhood. The house itself is much bigger than the pictures look. A lot of room to spread out and relax. The bathrooms and walk in closet were very big and the shower in the twin bed room is HUGE. The basketball hoop wasn't up when we were there and the grill had just been broken, but everything else was accurate. Chris was very helpful and available to answer any questions we had promptly. He also saved our bacon after a last minute dog sitter crisis! Local reccomendations: Alexander's seafood was pricy but very good. And we did a bunch of stuff with OutsideHiltonHead.com and found them to be great every time.Recommended for: Families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway.
