This spacious and comfortable one bedroom fourth floor beachfront unit in the desirable location of Beachside Two within the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort is perfect for your upcoming stay. The condo is recently updated throughout including new furniture, stainless appliances, LCD TV's. This is the perfect condo to relax and enjoy a wonderful vacation!
When you enter - you immediately notice our gorgeous emerald waters through the wall of windows/sliding door to the balcony from the living area. The living area is spacious with seating for everyone and large 46' LCD TV. The kitchen is updated with new stainless appliances and equipped with the tools needed for a quick snack or a gourmet seafood dinner. The bedroom offers a plush king size bed complimented with a wall of windows looking out to the Gulf.
Getting to the beach does not get any easier - the building offers gated direct access to the beach and has it's own pool. The second floor multipurpose room provides exercise equipment should you want to fit in a quick work out inside. Outside there is a basketball court for a quick game and miles of pathways for walking, biking, running, etc.

To reserve the unit, please e-mail us. To the rent, please add one-time $85 cleaning fee and 12% Florida tax. We also require a $65 processing fee which provides $1500 of accidental damage insurance. We accept personal checks & money orders -- We also accept Master Card, Visa and Discover cards with a 3% service charge and Amex with a 4% service charge. THREE NIGHT MINIMUM REQUIRED

HURRICANE OR STORM POLICY: No refunds will be given unless: 1) The National Weather Service order mandatory evacuations in a “Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area” and/or 2) A “mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm / Hurricane Warning” area of residence of a vacationing guest. THE DAY THAT THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE ORDERS A MANDATORY EVACUATION ORDER in a “Tropical Storm / Hurricane Warning,” area, we will refund: 1) Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered; 2) Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten their stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted; and 3) Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the “Hurricane Warning” period.
