  We were very pleased with our accommodation at this villa. The description of the villa and distance to the local restaurants and attractions is exactly as stated in the details. It was also as it looked in the photographs clean and spacious. We were pleased to have the use of the safe at no additional charge which was large enough to accommodate a laptop. In order to complete the full enjoyment of my teenage daughter's holiday the free WiFi was essential. It also proved very useful for us to get information that was helpful to us during our visit. My 11 year old son had the Air Hockey and Pool Table to look forward to when we got in every day - not to mention a swim in the pool and a T.V. in his bedroom - so he was made up. During the holiday we also visited beautiful beaches at Sarasota (Siesta beach) and Clearwater (Sand Key beach). These were approximately a 2 hour drive from the villa. We thought it was well worth the drive as we had 2 lovely days out and a welcome change from the theme parks. Bill responded very promptly to our requests for information which we found very helpful. We would definitely reccommend this villa to anyone planning a holiday to Orlando.

  We would like to thank-you for allowing us to stay in your 'home away from home' villa we had an excellent stay and would recommend your villa to our friends and family no hesitation. We went in a party of 4 with two teenagers which is always more complicated, our 2 girls really enjoyed their stay including the villas own personal pool to catch a tan through out the holiday. The villas close proximity to everything was perfect. We chose to drive down to Coco beach and Clearwater which was just an hour and half drive but two of the most beautiful beaches we have visited. Great location to a vast amount of restaurants and attractions including Disneyland. The villa itself had a excellent amount of space and very clean and well kept, the availability of 3 bathrooms was great especially with all of them fully equipped. Thank-you again for having us and we hope to return soon.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, sightseeing.

  We are just back from a wonderful 10 days in Orlando, thanks in no small part to this wonderful Villa It really does have everything you need for a relaxing break, Its a great size accomodating our party with a huge amount of space to spare. It has full cable Tv which is great to kick back and enjoy after a hard day at the Theme Parks, A well appointed Kitchen meaning on nights we decided not to eat out, we able to prepare some hearty feasts. The bedrooms were comfortable and overflowing with storage capacity, The large corner bath in the master suite proving particually popular with the missus. The pool and air hockey room proved a excellent distraction to the teenagers in our party. However the Swimming Pool was an even bigger plus in this respect It is easy to find from the airport and only a 15 minute drive to Disney's maingate and the Restaurants and outlets on Highway 192 In conclusion its a superb Villa, we WILL BE BACK!

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, sightseeing.

  Our family of 5 truly enjoyed staying at your villa. It was easily within 20-30 minute drive from door to parking lot of the Disney parks. Excellent communication with owners and the villa exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended.

  We really enjoyed our stay at this villa. The ad description was very accurate. It was very well kept, and decorated nicely. Very clean. We could relax and felt at home there. The owner was very prompt in communicating with us. We would recommend this property to our family and friends. We will be sure to rent this one when we visit Florida again.

  The villa was just fabulous, lots of space, (massive, infact) very clean and a real home from home.(the towels were white and so fluffy ) It had everything and was really comfortable. It's the first time I have returned from a holiday without a mountain of washing as I did it all before I came home. The bedrooms were bright and spacious.Our master bedrrom with en suite was just beautiful. The kitchen had everything that you needed including a large fridge/freezer that chilled beers beautifully.Many an evening was spent around the pool whilst the kids made full use of the games room. What a great idea!! We sometimes forgot we had them !The kids also loved the pool and we had some lovely lazy mornings topping up our tans before spending the afternoon (and sometimes the evening) in Disney. There are lots of food options from takeaways, staying in and eating out. The location is superb with easy access to all the parks.Will definitely be recommending this villa to family and friends and hope to return soon. Thanks also to Bill and Tanya for all your help and assistance in us holidaying in Orlando. We were abit nervous about trying out a villa holiday in Orlando, but you made it seem so easy with all your helpful tips.

  we recently stay at the villa and had a fab time, we know the area well and enjoyed our stay. The facilities at the villa were great, it was in fab condition with everything we needed. My son and his father really enjoyed the basketball court! We had to contact the management agency over a couple of things and they were excellent responding within an hour both times. We will be back next year and hope to stay here again. The booking process was very easy and the communication with the owner was prompt and excellent.

  Bill, Tanya. We have never left a review before when we have stayed in Florida but I must say that this deserves one. After reading your listing we were impressed by what you had said and even though the pictures showed the villa looking perfect we were aprensive. When we arrived the villa looked better than it did in the pictures and when we entered it we couldnt believe how nice it was. The kids loved the games room and the pool, we loved the piece and quiet after visiting the parks and sitting down outside on the pool deck when they finally went to bed enjoying a cold beer and wine ready for the next day. We will reccomend it to anyone who asks. K Thank you for
