It couldn't have been more perfect for us. We loved everything about the condo and its furnishings. The beach was perfect and having complimentary beach chairs was the best. We will definitely be back again! Karan was the so accomodating in all aspects of our stay. Very pleasant trip all the way around.

My family and I came with our daughter to the UCA Cheer Competition for the weekend. Karan was great to work with. She helped my family in more ways than one. The condo was very pretty, and had everything that we needed. Parking was easy, and just a few steps to the elevator and right up to our condo in just a few minutes. I would recommend this condo to anyone that wants a nice place to stay with a beautiful view.

10 out of 10 in all areas! The accomodations are exceptional, even down to the pots and pans. Quality hits you in the face as soon as you walk in. The furnishings and decor are beautiful. Rainy days are not an issue here, because staying in is so nice. And of course, the view speaks for itself. Very few resorts have the huge curved balcony that you find here. The panoramic view is unequaled any where we've ever stayed. There are 4 recliners, a table and 4 chairs out there, and you still have enough room to move around freely. Our most favorite spot to get away for some R&R. Well maintained, well kept, very clean. You will not be disappointed.

Karan and John's home away from home is just awesome. Beautiful home on the 21st floor and the view is breath taking and you will not be disappointed, no way! Plenty of near by restaurant and bars and fun things to do and there is always something going on! A must visit and vacation! Just perfect!

One of the Best on the Beach

Well what can I say? Well let's start with the owners. They are the best I have ever had dealings with. They treat you like a person and not just a renter. They care about you all the way down to the time you checked in. Now let's talk about the condo. Well I can not say anything bad about this place. This was my second trip to the condo and working with this owner. I stayed for a week in September and I knew then I would be back and would only stay here. I contacted the owner and ask if they would rent for a month. They first were going to be there the same time I wanted the unit. I was contacted and the unit was open. I stayed the whole month. I can't say how much I relaxed and how nice this place is. They views are more than you can take. The whole unit has everything you will need to make a short trip or long trip the best. Bed's are great you will sleep like a baby. Comfront level is a 10 in the beds and the living area. Sitting on the balcony is the best. Plenty of room for a family or just a couple. You are close to all the stores you need, and places to eat. 2 Pools and a Hot tub on the property. Everyone I have met while on the first of this trip and this trip has been very nice. I would tell anyone looking for a place that is priced right and has everything you need. You better grab it while you can. It should book up. As for getting your security deposit back, That is NOT an issue. If you take care of the place you will have a fast return. I look forward to my next trip and I know my Mom is looking forward to the trip I am booking for her. I would not send her anywhere but with this owner. THANK YOU KARAN AND JOHN for making my trips to PCB special and enjoyable. I look forward to coming back. Again if you are looking I would pick this place you will not regret staying here.

This lodging was wonderful - it accomodated three people but there was space for three more. The view from the balcony was spectacular of gulf and beach - it was clean and comfortable and had all the ameneties of home- working kitchen, dishwasher, dishes, silverware and glasses, including wine glasses. The beds were extremely comfortable, although very high, it would be difficult for a frail person to get into the bed itself. It had airconditioning and TV. The chairs were comfortable but again a little high. Overall we loved our stay at the condo.

We loved the condo, it had everything we needed plus lots of things that most codos don't furnish. It was nicely furnished and very comfortable. Will be going back as soon as we can. Karan was very friendly to work with. Would highly recommend this condo.

This condo was the nicest place I've stayed at in Panama (I give it 5 stars). The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and the beds were so comfortable. The balcony on the 21st floor was huge and what an amazing view. We hope to plan another trip next year in October and we will definitely rent again. The owner was so nice and friendly and responded quickly to my emails

I ain't leaving

From the time you enter, the wonderful smell&the cleanliness of the unit was awesome. The beach service was great, the guys were great. Hint get to them immediately to get a spot for the week on the front row ,right side closest to stairs side. chairs are very close together. Unit is the nicest we've stayed in several trips we've made to pcb. We will be back next year!!!!

Excellent Place to Stay

Well let me start off my saying the owners of this property are the best to ever deal with. From the first contact with this owner you will feel welcome. Then when you arrive at the condo you know you are welcome. This owner knows how to treat a guest. When you walk into this place you find a warm and nice place. The views from the balcony are unbeleivable. You have plenty of places to relax and still have room to move on the oversized balcony. The living area is something you will enjoy and it makes you feel like you are in the your own home. I can't say enough about this condo and words just don't tell it all. The pictures are true to form and to be honest they don't even show the best of all the condo. The staff on property are nice and helpful if you need to know anything. The beach chairs that are included in your stay makes it very nice to be on the front row of the beach and right there. The guys have them setup every morning and take them down each night. We enjoyed this vacation more than we have in a long time. Places to eat and walk right there and if you need things for your time in the condo then Walmart is within walking distance. I have stayed in many places over my years in PCB and I will have to say I will not be staying anyplace else again. This is the place to stay, relax, and enjoy the your beach time. This is one place I would tell all my friends and even people I do not know to stay. Karan and John have made a home away from home and you will enjoy this place. They care enough to make sure your stay is just what it needs to be. The views from the 21st floor is more than words can say. They parking is nice and covered. No parking out in the sun or rain. The beds in both rooms are just what you need and you will sleep very nice and wake up with a view of the ocean and even if your lucky a great rainbow. DON'T let this place get away from you and book your stay and enjoy everything this place has to offer. Trust me I will be using this place again. I even spoke to the owner while I was there about booking other dates with them. So you know if you do this while you are there then this must be the place to stay.

Best Vacation Ever!!!!

This condo is everything you can imagine and need for a perfect vacation! We had such a wonderful time and Karan is always there to make sure that every detail is worked out! Loved the large patio, the outstanding view, fully stocked kitchen, beautiful decorating, fast elevators and covered parking. The owner was instantly one of the most personable ladies I have ever been acquainted with. This was our first family vacation and we enjoyed it so much and would recommend this condo to anyone. We will be back to Panama City Beach and hope to stay in Karan's home away from home again soon!!.Loved Pier Park shopping, Pineapple Willy's, Dolphin Tours and Snorkeling, Para sailing and family pictures on the beach.....Wonderful!!!!!

We have stayed at over 15 different properties in PCB over the years, and I have to say that this owner, condo and property exceeded my expectations. This place was great. Property: We stayed over the week of July 4th, and as you may know- that week is really busy. This property was probably the "smallest" of properties we have stayed at over the years- but I must say- I LOVE the concept (only 6 condos per floor). Elevators, which waiting for them can become a major source of unhappiness, were never an issue. I dont think I can stress how much of a drag a simple thing like a wait for an elevator can become- but it NEVER was an issue. Parking, though limited under the building, was never an issue either- a short walk over the bridge should the building parking be full and there were always plenty of spaces available at all hours. While we are not "pool people" the pool was never crowded, and the beach front infront of our (included) beach chairs was kept clear of tents and such thanks to the proactive rental staff. Our beach front wasnt the "small cities" that occurred infront of the Shores of Panama to the east and the Majestic Beach resort to the west.Getting to and from the property was made easy with the side road (Churchwell) and helped avoid the traffic that can occur on Front Beach Road especially during the 4th of July. The Condo; The condo is beautifully decorated. Another family member stayed on another floor and our condo absolutely blew theirs away. This condo has to be the most completely stocked condo we have ever been in. Everything and anything you need. The condo was immaculately clean. The view from the deck is really something and you dont find many condos that will have a table w/four chairs and four lounge chairs to boot on their deck, and there still was ample room. Beds are extremely comfortable. Sometimes you get the feeling that an owner may have cut corners, with either cheap appliances or not enough of this or that- not the case here. The owners They are absolutely on top of things, responsive, and show a geniune concern for their tenants having a great stay. Made us feel welcome right from the go, and I just cant say enough great things- we will stay here again. We typically try new places each year- but this formula (owner+condo+property) works. Thank you Karan & John for sharing your 2nd home with us.

WOW! working with this owner was exceptional as was EVERYTHING about our experience. These pictures do not do this condo or balcony justice! The view is amazing, the patio spacious and gracious and you can hear the ocean and birds and have a lovely breeze. There are 4 lounge chairs and a table/4 chairs and it is not crowded! We traveled with 6 of us and the space was perfect! Every attention to comfort, from soft sheets to a fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer to fluff towels and rinse suits....free beach chairs/umbrella right on the front row! Large comfy beds and bedrooms and even the pull out queen sofa had extra padding/bedding and was comfy! Easy access to the beach,quick elevators and covered parking....clean, quiet pool area, lovely! We had a fabulous time and the this place is definitely a value! Plush, clean, meticulously kept condo and furniture with fabulous views. We hope to return again! Thank ya'll so much you are very generous and gracious hosts and made this vacation so seamless and relaxing.

Our stay at Karan's condo couldn't have been more perfect!!! We felt so at home in this condo. Everything was amazing! Karan has the place stocked with everything you'd need! The kitchenware was the nicest I've seen in a beach condo. The beach was so beautiful! This location is convenient to everything. Just returned from a relaxing "girls vacation" at Emerald Oasis. It was an absolutely perfect week. The condo was even better than described. It was beautifully decorated and extremely clean. The owners were wonderful to work with and answered my many emails promptly, often within minutes. The special touches were so appreciated and surprising, from the cute animal towels to the beach bag with two new beach towels! Without any hesitation, I would certainly stay there again. The only bad part was having to pack up and leave at the weeks end. Thank you again for sharing your wonderful home.

LOVING THIS CONDO

We enjoyed our 3 week stay at your beautiful condo, we felt right at home. I was amazed at how well stocked the kitchen was right down to a coffee scoop. The condo is beautifully decorated and very well kept. We did bring our binoculars with us to take in the spectacular views. Eating on the balcony and watching the sunsets was one or our favorites. I took about 30 pictures of sunsets because each one seems more beautiful than the last. It also was great to be able to walk to all the many restaurants around. We took a boat ride and saw Shell Island, the white beach look like it had snow on it (we are from Maine). Our son, daughter- in- law and 20 month old grandson, joined us for our last 5 days; they fell in love with the condo and beautiful white beach as much as we did. We are a retired couple who like to travel a lot and this was one of the nicest and relaxing place we have every stayed. Hope to return someday.

Outstanding condo experience

I work in Atlanta and am in Panama City frequently for business. I recently stayed at the property mentioned above and it is by far the best place that I have stayed in. The furniture and room set ups were elegantly done and definitely were a set above the normal beach wicker furniture that so many condos have. The large balcony was huge and overlooks the ocean and is the perfect place to relax while overlooking the ocean. The propertey is right off the beach and is located close to everything you want to do on the beach. It's relatively close to the elevators for ease in getting in and out. Parking was a breeze. Though I didn't partake in any of the amenities, there was a sauna/steam room and work out facility as well as a pool. I would highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the Panama City beach.

Made our airline reservations to PCB and then began the search for accommodations. When I ran across Karan's condo, I knew I found where I wanted to stay. E-mail communications began and Karan was always quick to respond and provided me with all the information I requested. The condo is beautiful -- even what I would consider upscale. Three flat screen TV's, well equipped kitchen, brand new carpeting throughout. The balcony had a table with four chairs and also two chaise loungers. The view from the balcony was breathtaking! Binoculars were provided to watch the dolphins, pelicans and sailboats. Without a doubt, having the opportunity to stay at this condo played a large part in a very enjoyable get away for our family. You won't regret making the decision to stay here and, after you do, you will put it on your return list for years to come!

We had a great stay at Ocean Villa. The condo was beautiful. The view is always spectacular even in a rainstorm!! The kitchen is fully furnished and the condo is very tastefully decorated. We felt very comfortable in this very clean, well kept condo. We have recommended your unit to others. We never thought to ask about beach chair availability in the off season. We are bicycle riders so we enjoyed the many trails available in the area. We had a great time at this condo. It is so private on the balcony.

We just loved our trip to Panama City Beach to ring in the New Year of 2012! Our condo was the perfect setting for a relaxing week with spectacular views. Karan was so kind and took extra measures to ensure that our stay would be memorable! Emerald Oasis is beautiful and convenient to everything. We are definately planning to come back and stay again! Yes, the dolphins came to visit and the views are breathtaking so you better bring your camera!

Firstly, the support and communications from the owner, is superb. That makes a huge difference. The condo itself is impeccable, with a well-stocked supply of everything you need for cooking. The beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms are very clean. There is a a fabulous view of the oean and beach from the 21st floor balcony. There is internet access, and a high definition TV with a DVD player and cable access as well as a stock of DVDs and lots of books to read! The decorations are ver tasteful. There is also a CD player, washer and dryer and vacuum cleaner. No doubt you will enjoy the heated pool and hot tub on the ground level of the building as well as convenient parking access. There is excellent service support from the management. The beach is one of the best in the US. All in all a very enjoyable experience and a very competitive rate. Highly recommended!

This condo is one of the best I have stayed at in PC. Everything is just like the beautiful pictures and descriptions. Very clean and well maintained. There are some extra personal touches for the guests that you will be very happy with - I can't give away any clues but you will love them! Karan was especially great to work with and easy to reach. She would be a terrific next door neighbor - Thank you again!

I went with my mother and daughter for a week to get away. The condo was just as it was described. Everything was clean, the beds were soft and comfy. The condo was roomy. I was in Panama City doing Ironman Florida and we stayed at this AWESOME condo. The view is SPECTACULAR and the location is close to everything-BEACH ,SHOPPING AND RESAURANTS. The condo is vey spacious and nicely decorated -the picture doesn't do the condo justice at all. I highly recommend staying at this condo. Oh yea-then theres the pool /jacuzzi that is very key for a dip after a swim in the Gulf.

We rented this condo for two weeks in October 2011. The condo is beautifully decorated and super comfortable. The owners have gone out of their way to make it a perfect vacation spot. The view is spectacular and the balcony a dream come true. The condo is in a convenient location with plenty of restaurants and shopping within 2 miles. We spend a lot of time in hotels and condos and I have to say that this was one of our favorites.

My fiance, our two children and myself searched for a nice beachfront condo to spend our October vacation this year (2011). When I came to the Emerald Oasis page, we were excited. The condo in the photos looked exceptional. Very clean, high quality design in every room is what we noticed. The view from the balcony seemed breath taking. After a call to Karan, we knew this was the one. Immediately, Karan made me feel as though I had known her my entire life. I felt comfortable renting from her. As my stay approached, she would share my excitement with personal contacts reminding us of our upcoming get away and the beautiful weather ahead. When we arrived, we realized the beautiful photos online could never express how wonderful this condo was. The flow from each room was a true oasis. We immediately felt at home. We could tell that not only were we excited to be there, but the owners had taken every step to ensure we felt at home. Everything we needed was there. The experience has not ended as the Ankney's reach out to us periodically just to see how we are doing. We not only found our new "Home away from Home", but have also gained a wonderful friendship. If you are wanting an exceptional beachfront condo, we would highly recommend staying here. The personal touch and the beauty inside will reassure your decision to stay. We look forward to future visits to "Emerald Oasis".

We were very happy with our stay in this clean, beautiful, well equipped condo with a fantastic view. The condo was exactly what the photos showed, which was amazing. Karen was very helpful and made sure that our stay was wonderful and that we had everything we needed. We have already told friends and family about this condo and would definitly stay there again. You Won't Want To Leave!!!!!

I can't say enough about this condo.....WE LOVED IT!!!! In fact, our entire family was sad to leave, we could have just moved right in. My husband and I were worried about spending an entire week on the beach; we were thinking we would get bored. Well, that was NOT the case. There is so much to do around PCB and this condo is close to it all. Our three children had a blast on the beach and they woke up ready to swim in the pools. Both at the beach and by the pools there were plenty of beach chairs to relax in. The owners of this condo have thought of everything wonderful blackout curtains and comfy beds for a great night’s sleep, binoculars for viewing sea life, chilled mugs in the freezer and even a keyless entry into the condo so there is no need to worry about losing your key down at the beach. How cool is all that!!! You will not be disappointed. We’ll be back….Thanks again Karan!

Wow!, what can I say about this condo. My wife and I enjoyed our stay in this over the top condo. Very quiet and private. Great 180 degree views of beach and ocean from the 21st floor on extra large balcony. Top of the line fully furnished kitchen and aminities. Located near restaurants and shopping. Convenant covered parking garage. I would recomend this place to anyone looking for a home away from home experience. Communication with the owner was very prompt and easy to contact if needed. We will plan to stay here again in the future. I guarantee you won't want to leave this place. The beach was the cleanest I have seen in years.

This one is a bargain at any price. It is located on the 21st floor with a large deck overlooking a clean,white,sugar sand beach with crystal clear water with shades of green and blue. The unit is well maintained and completely furnished as if to invite one to stay long term. The location of this condo can't be beat. It is within walking distance to several attractions for the young folks and young at heart. It is within walking distance to some convenience stores as well as WalMart. It is also within a minimum taxi ride to several restaurants. We are well traveled and my wife and I rate this beach as the best that we have ever experienced; Even better that at our condo in Belize or in other parts of the world that we have visited eg., Guam, Hawaii, Panama CA, Costa Rica, Cayman Islands, etc. It's the best.

I recently had the pleasure of enjoying a fabulous week at this luxurious condo! Couldn't have asked for more. The view was absolutely breath taking. I actually spotted dolphins from the balcony more than once. Walking out of the elevator and through the pool area puts you right on to the white sugar sand. So convenient! And what's not to love about the gorgeous emerald green water? Just soaking up the sun in this tropical paradise takes all your troubles away. There is so much to do and most of it within walking distance. I can't wait to return in June with my family. Be sure to visit Pier Park, a wonderful shopping adventure just a few blocks away. If you have kids, don't miss a day of fun at Ripley's Believe it or Not and Wonder Works Upside Down Musuem. There is even a fabulous water park close by. You will be amazed at all there is to do in the area. The condo itself is fantastic. It was just as the owner described. So clean and obviously professionally decorated. I felt pampered and relaxed in such a gorgeous envirionment. All of the comforts of home right at your finger tips. I was impressed with the attention to detail the owner obviously took in making sure I had everything I needed to make my stay so enjoyable. Oh, and the beds were so comfortable! If you are thinking of visiting Panama City Beach, look no further for a place to stay. You have found it!! My only suggestion? Book quickly! I have been telling everybody about this place! I'm sure it will fill up fast!
