Edgewater Beach Resort is a family-oriented, gulf-front property located on Front Beach Road, Panama City Florida. All condominiums are tastefully decorated and feature fully-equipped kitchens complete with microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryers, cable TV with HBO, private balconies, and more.
Our newly furnished, two-bedroom, two-bath deluxe unit is located on the fourth floor in Tower III and is right on the beach! The view is spectacular from the balcony overlooking the ocean. The unit boasts an open kitchen/living room combination floor plan for your relaxing pleasure. A full view of the beach can be enjoyed from anywhere in the living area or kitchen with approx. 40 feet of floor to ceiling windows providing a gorgeous view of the beach. The living area is complete with a large sofa, loveseat, chairs and entertainment center complete with large TV, CD player, etc.
Sleeping accommodations for eight include a Master bedroom with a king-size bed and a large private bath with oversized tub. His/her vanities with large walk in closet provide every comfort of home. The large second bedroom provides two full sized beds, dresser and adjoins the second full bath. The second bedroom also provides a large closet for your storage needs. A sleeper sofa in the living area provides for additional sleeping arrangments. Cable TV with HBO are provided in the bedrooms and living area with separate VCR and CD players. The kitchen is fully furnished with all appliances and dinnerware. Full sized washer and dryer are also provided.
The amenities of Edgewater Beach resort are second to none on beautiful Panama City Beach! Provided for your around the clock entertainment is an 11,500-square-foot Polynesian-style lagoon pool with waterfalls, palm trees, and six reflecting pools. An additional 11 heated pools and several hot tubs are also located throughout the resort. Sports enthusiasts will enjoy the 12 lighted tennis courts, golf course, and fully-furnished work-out facilities.
For your dining pleasure, several restaurants are provided and we even have our own Pizza Hut! The resort also provides a private hair salon, shops, its own mall complete with cinema and bowling. You have all the beach activities - jet skiing, parasailing, volleyball, other. So whether you desire to explore the sites of Panama City Beach or just stay at the resort - Edgewater provides it all! It is located within walking to Alvin's Island, fishing pier, and Miracle Strip. Load up your swimsuit and head to Panama City Beach.

This room is everything described and more. We were very happy with the size and cleanliness. The kitchen was completely stocked with any kind of appliance or cookware you could need. The resort is very nice with multiple pools and beach accesses. The beach chairs were also a great savings. We definitely hope to stay here again in the future.

we had just come back from spending a week 8/20/11 to 8/27/11 at this condo...the pictures do no justice, it was beautiful...the view from the balcony is perfect. Everything was so easy to get to. We ate at pineapple willys, spinnakers, montigo bay, margaritaville, red brick pizza i would recommend any of these restaurants. we ate at oceans on the premises a few times for breakfast as well as dinner, the food there was ok. pizza hut was closed as well as the store, which was very disappointing as the kids wanted ice cream, so we had to go across the street to pink pelican, ice cream was ok, and very pricey. Dealing with Tim was a delight. Renting boats and everything was right down the road..We had a great time, even though it took us 2 days to get there. the weather was perfect. the lagoon pool was very nice and the grounds were very nicely kept up with. staying in this condo was a pleasure and would stay here again. thank you for letting us rent your home. patty and tom weber

“It was a beautiful stay at a beauriful resort in a beautiful condo with beautiful weather” We LOVED this place! The unit was spotless and Tim was so easy to do business with.All tile floors w/carpet in the bedrooms, updated kitchen and appliances. Bathrooms were updated and very clean. The view from the balcony overlooked one of the smaller pools & hot tub with a direct view of the beach, it was breathtaking! =) Having the beach chairs and umbrella included was a big plus for us girls. Tim & Debbie are the best!...

Tim and Deb are very good to work with. The condo was very nice and updated. Our fridge died on us so Tim had a new one deliverd the next day! That is service. Good veiw of the gulf.We will stay there again.

We just stayed here from May 26th - May 31st and we didnt want to leave. The owner was easy to talk to and returned all calls when I left a message. The staff at the resort were all very friendly. Security was always present. The room was fantastic and even better than the description that the owner has listed. We will definitely be staying here again.
