  I would definitely rent this unit again! We enjoyed our stay at Edgewater Resort and were so happy with our condo. It was beautifully decorated and loved that our living area had the floor to ceiling windows instead of the master bedroom like so many units had. We were hardly in our bedroom, so everyone in the family got to enjoy the view. I especially loved reading in the early morning by the windows while everyone was sleeping. This unit was large and open which made it nice to have our friends that were vacationing with us over to our condo for dinner. Actually all of our friends voted our condo the Best! Great tile floors which are so much nicer than carpet. The resort pools were great, we also had the photographer at the resort take some great family photos on the beach. We were here for a dance competition and being on the 4th floor made it nice to use the steps instead of the crowded elevators. The condo is located right on the beach and at the lagoon poolside of the building. It was also a nice touch that the owner includes two beach chairs and umbrella, our friends didn't have this with their rentals. The owner is easy to work with and returned emails quickly. I also received my deposit two days after I was home. So happy I rented this unit!

  We just arrived home after our 2 week stay. We have stayed at 4 different units at Edgewater in the past 3 years and this unit was a home run. Fantastic location close to the action. Unit was clean and comfortable. We had 5 adults in the unit (both bedrooms and couch occupied) Combination lock is super convienent! No more lost keys... If your looking for a great unit in a fantastic location you can't beat this. Owners are great, accommodating and friendly. We WILL be back!

  This condo is perfect. It was very clean and comfortable and had every home comfort you need. The beds sleep excellent. The location is just amazing . . . . i must say i had a tear in my eye on the day i had to leave. The views from the deck are all you could ever want. Up there you could watch amazing sunrises, the odd dolphin swimming by and the cruise ships sailing by were breath taking. the helicopter rides over the ocean were exciting as well. Tim who owns who this place is very friendly and there for help or advice if needed. There are lots of places to eat and drink very close by at or down at Pier Park. There is basically every activity you can think of. I cannot think why anyone would rent this lovely condo and want to leave it! Just stay and enjoy the condo and it's lovely veiws. I am hoping to return again ina years time and i would recommend the Condo to anyone. I loved every minute.

  I would highly recommend anyone stay here @ this condo.When we walked into the condo the view looked like a show room. The renovator done ax excellent job.The condition of this Condo went way beyond expectation. The view of the beach is breathtaking. We ate our meals just looking over the ocean.We did had a slight piping problem, however we called the owner Tim and he had Edgewater maintence out within twenty mintues, just like that problem solved. No interruption in our vacation. For touring and sightseeing this condo is directly on the main road and easily accessible to everything Panama Beach has to offer, We are definantely booking here agian in the near future. Thanks to the owners of this condo for making us feel welcome without even being present. This place is unforgettable.

  I would not recommend this condo if you have high expectations. The listing claims the condo was newly redecorated. This had to be 5 years ago. Furniture in living room shows alot of wear and tear. Visually and physically. Beds not comfortable. Bed linens also show lot of wear & tear. Need replaced. at least cleaned. Carpet in bedrooms filthy, need replaced or at least cleaned. Grout and tile in bathrooms need serious cleaning. as well as grout in kitchen and hallway. Was not able to use shower in masterbath. The waterpipes made extemely loud and vibrating noises with very little water coming thru showerhead. Throw rugs need to be washed. Balcony patio furniture needs replaced. small glass table had broken glass that was actually repaired with clear tape! Combination lock didn't work well when locking door. Even after cleaning lady replaced batteries. This could be nice condo if the owners would block off a week or two to spruce it up. Serious cleaning and new paint would make a big difference. New comfortable king bed would be good also.

Our condo is very well accepted by other guest that have given us positive reviews as you can see. We have many repeat cusotmer's and winter guest that come yearly. We accomodate those who are displeased by offering to apply the money spent with us to edgewater or at another condo of their choice. We do compromise to meet our renters needs as much as possible. We always take into consideration that this is your vacation and we want you to feel as welcome and at home as possible.

  This room is everything described and more. We were very happy with the size and cleanliness. The kitchen was completely stocked with any kind of appliance or cookware you could need. The resort is very nice with multiple pools and beach accesses. The beach chairs were also a great savings. We definitely hope to stay here again in the future.

  we had just come back from spending a week 8/20/11 to 8/27/11 at this condo...the pictures do no justice, it was beautiful...the view from the balcony is perfect. Everything was so easy to get to. We ate at pineapple willys, spinnakers, montigo bay, margaritaville, red brick pizza i would recommend any of these restaurants. we ate at oceans on the premises a few times for breakfast as well as dinner, the food there was ok. pizza hut was closed as well as the store, which was very disappointing as the kids wanted ice cream, so we had to go across the street to pink pelican, ice cream was ok, and very pricey. Dealing with Tim was a delight. Renting boats and everything was right down the road..We had a great time, even though it took us 2 days to get there. the weather was perfect. the lagoon pool was very nice and the grounds were very nicely kept up with. staying in this condo was a pleasure and would stay here again. thank you for letting us rent your home. patty and tom weber

  “It was a beautiful stay at a beauriful resort in a beautiful condo with beautiful weather” We LOVED this place! The unit was spotless and Tim was so easy to do business with.All tile floors w/carpet in the bedrooms, updated kitchen and appliances. Bathrooms were updated and very clean. The view from the balcony overlooked one of the smaller pools & hot tub with a direct view of the beach, it was breathtaking! =) Having the beach chairs and umbrella included was a big plus for us girls. Tim & Debbie are the best!...

  Tim and Deb are very good to work with. The condo was very nice and updated. Our fridge died on us so Tim had a new one deliverd the next day! That is service. Good veiw of the gulf.We will stay there again.
