This apartment is on the top floor (Penthouse) and has some of the most beautiful views imaginable. There is an elevator that can bring the garage or main entry and can serve three apartments at this level. Upon entering the apartment there is a kitchen on your left. It has a full size refrigerator, granite, wood cabinets with ample storage, a 4 burner gas stove with oven, microwave, water filter system, and washer and dryer with utility sink separately. Also, there is a coffee maker, electric sandwich press, blender, and full assortment of glasses, dishes & cooking and eating utensils. A bar separates the kitchen from the living area which has an air conditioner, a sofa bed, TV with DVD, Stereo, and if the book as well as a sliding glass door to the balcony and a fantastic view of the sea, near the island, and the city center.
Down the hall to the right is a room with two twin beds. Under a bed is a Pullman-style pull-out bed below. There is also a large closet, air conditioner, and a glass door opening onto the balcony and of course the fantastic vision. Across the room is a bathroom with shower.
At the end of the hallway is the master apartment with bathroom and shower. There is a double bed, table-of-headboards with lamps, a large wardrobe, air conditioner, and of course the glass door to the balcony and tremendous vision!
