  My husband and I stayed at the condo for a week in early May 2013. The condo was actually slightly better than pictured and had everything we needed. The view was AMAZING and the amenities were great for us. Parking space was a plus, and the beach service rocked! The owner was great and responsive. Overall a great stay.

  Arriving right on schedule, we entered the parking garage. We then looked around a bit, as we had a few minutes before check in time. We found the pool and sun deck, then on to the office area and workout room with sauna. And we've only just passed the 8th floor!!! This place is great!!! We made our way up to the 16th floor, and took a right off of the elevator. We got to the condo, opened the door, and were immediately met with feelings of home. This is waaaay better than the pictures!! The property was so well kept, and the rooms were so nice that it made us feel right at home. We felt as if we could just relax. The owner was more than easy to deal with, and if anything, he was modest about how great this place is! The extra parking across the street is close, and the condo is less than 2.5 miles from Pier Point, where the kids can go to play on the bouncy houses, the couples can shop, and once in a while, you may find Jimmy Buffett at Margaritaville. As our week wound down, we felt ourselves not wanting to leave. We loved the island style decor, and the furnishings were more than accomodating. The pictures on the wall of children playing in the sand made us want to leave a picture of ours too! We really enjoyed our stay. This condo is fit for a family of any kind. We will be contacting this owner again for sure!!

  We have just got back from spending the last four months in this lovely condo and we loved it. "Cottage chic" is a great description for this very comfortable unit. It was so nice to relax in the zero gravity chairs on the huge balcony and soak up the sun. The condo is very spacious with lots of cupboard and closet space. The kitchen is well equipped and has plenty of good quality pots and pans. It was nice to have parking in the building as opposed to across the road like some of the condos in PCB. And the owner, Bill was wonderful to work with and responded the same day to any questions we had. The only downside was having to leave to come back home but we would return to this unit in a heart beat.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children.

  When we arrived at the condo, it blew us away at how nice it was! It looks better in person than in the pictures. It was very clean and well maintained. We stayed for one week from Saturday to Saturday. It was a very nice size and accomodated our group of 7 very nicely. The large balcony was very nice to sit out on and relax as we overlooked the beach and ocean. The beach in front was never crowded and it was very nice to be able to just take the elevator down and walk right out on the beach. The owner, Bill, was very nice and everything he said he would do and provide for us was very well taken care of. We really enjoyed having the beach chair service provided for us and we didn't have a problem at all getting our chairs and umbrella. Bill seemed very concerned about our stay and our comfort. He was also very easy to deal with in renting the condo and answering all of our questions. He was VERY quick with returning our deposit to us. When we come back to PC Beach we will definitely look into the availabilty of this condo because we will stay here again.

  Very clean unit. Was exactly as the photos depicted. Spent 2 weeks and had no problems other than confusion over the use of the beach lounges by an untrained beach lounge guy, which the condo owner immediately got corrected. Beds were very comfortable (extra-firm mattress) and the kitchen had everything you needed. Towels provided were plentiful and soft. We had a visiting couple stay over for one night on the sleeper sofa. They said that it was also very comfortable. Washer and dryer in unit worked well and were very handy to have. These are stackable units and hold less, so we had to do a few more loads than what would have been needed in a full-sized washer and dryer. View from the very spacious balcony was fantastic. Recommend bringing a pair of binoculars along so you can watch the dolphins as they pass by. Parking space on the 4th floor was very convenient. However, if your car has a large turning radius, you will find the turns in the garage are rather tight. We enjoy seafood and there are many oustanding seafood restaurants in the area. We would recommend Montego Bay, Boondocks and Triple J's. Owner was very pleasant and showed real interest in our comfort and satisfaction with the unit. When we come back to Panama City Beach, we definitely will look into the availability of this condo.

  What a great time we had at this condo. We spent the month of February 2012 and enjoyed every minute. It was just as shown on VRBO and even better. The owner was most helpfull and answered all our questions. I would recommend this unit to any person and hope to return soon. Thanks

  The condo was everything it was said to be. It was very clean and modern. The 16th story view from the spacious balcony was awesome. Sunsets were amazing. Having the master bedroom with access to the balcony was a big plus. The king size bed was nice and firm. The parking deck requires some sharp turns and tight manevering for those that have big vehicles. The next time we are in Panama City this condo where we will stay at again.

  The condo was even nicer than depicted in the photos. It was spacious and well-appointed. We loved getting up early and watching the stingrays along the coast. The beach chairs and umbrella that were included were wonderful! The condo was located very close to the large recreational area where our son played baseball. If he has another tournament in Panama City, we know exactly where to stay!

  We enjoyed our stay very much.It was very clean, beautiful view, having codes instead of keys made things so much easier. We would recommend it highly.
