* Our unit is on the 16th floor which has easy access to one of the three high speed elevators and far enough away from any outside noise, while providing breathtaking views from the extra wide balcony. * We also use a keyless entry system for the front door. We will give you a code prior to your arrival, and you won't have to worry about checking in with anyone, keeping up with a key or losing your key

Why the Owner Chose Tropic WindsDuring the last 5 years we have had the opportunity to live in Alabama, Georgia, Texas and South Carolina. While there, we continued to vacation in PCB and fell in love with the beautiful white sand, blue water and great family fun.
The Unique Benefits at this CondoYou can walk right out to the beach with your morning coffee and enjoy the sun and surf all day long! We really like that Tropic Winds is on the quiet section of beach but is close enough to restaurants and shopping for easy access. Pier Park is a short drive down the road and the new airport is only minutes away.

Very clean unit. Was exactly as the photos depicted. Spent 2 weeks and had no problems other than confusion over the use of the beach lounges by an untrained beach lounge guy, which the condo owner immediately got corrected. Beds were very comfortable (extra-firm mattress) and the kitchen had everything you needed. Towels provided were plentiful and soft. We had a visiting couple stay over for one night on the sleeper sofa. They said that it was also very comfortable. Washer and dryer in unit worked well and were very handy to have. These are stackable units and hold less, so we had to do a few more loads than what would have been needed in a full-sized washer and dryer. View from the very spacious balcony was fantastic. Recommend bringing a pair of binoculars along so you can watch the dolphins as they pass by. Parking space on the 4th floor was very convenient. However, if your car has a large turning radius, you will find the turns in the garage are rather tight. We enjoy seafood and there are many oustanding seafood restaurants in the area. We would recommend Montego Bay, Boondocks and Triple J's. Owner was very pleasant and showed real interest in our comfort and satisfaction with the unit. When we come back to Panama City Beach, we definitely will look into the availability of this condo.

The condo was everything it was said to be. It was very clean and modern. The 16th story view from the spacious balcony was awesome. Sunsets were amazing. Having the master bedroom with access to the balcony was a big plus. The king size bed was nice and firm. The parking deck requires some sharp turns and tight manevering for those that have big vehicles. The next time we are in Panama City this condo where we will stay at again.

The condo was even nicer than depicted in the photos. It was spacious and well-appointed. We loved getting up early and watching the stingrays along the coast. The beach chairs and umbrella that were included were wonderful! The condo was located very close to the large recreational area where our son played baseball. If he has another tournament in Panama City, we know exactly where to stay!

I wanted to say a quick thank you for a great weekend. The kids enjoyed the beach, and doing the banana boat ride. Pier Park is the best shopping/dining complex I have seen in any beach resort town. Be back next year for a longer vacation.

What an exquisite view!! Whether on the white sand beach in our complimentary beach chairs or on the balcony eating our Easter breakfast, the view was breathtaking. We booked the weekend on short notice and Bill was great to work with. He gave us a daily rate for the 4-day weekend which gave us a financial break while enjoying this tropical splendor. The kitchen is well equipped for all kinds of cooking, but for our typical vacation, we like to eat out. We really enjoyed going to Pier Park (just down the street a few blocks) for some fun shopping & great dining. There was only the two of us this time, but we'll definitely book again with the kids & grandkids. They'll get as big a kick out of it as we did. We highly recommend this property for your next vacation on Florida's panhandle.

This condo provided everything (and MORE) we needed to make our vacation perfect! The decor is lovely and inviting and with 4 kiddos there was plenty of room for all of us! We loved that we had our own beach chairs and parking spot - the little things already taken care of made it easier for us! This was truly a lovely place for our vacation and the owners have really thought through the needs we might have while there! And the balcony was HUGE with a fantastic view!!!!
